Scammer! Ordered a cake topper animal, Didnt arrive, no communication at all, Ive contacted my bank and Trading Standards, she needs to be stopped!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Unfortunately I read all these reviews after I placed and paid for an order on 9th June (which has never been received)! No wonder there are no options to review on her social media pages.

I have attempted to contact Harley through Instagram messenger, Facebook messenger, email and the website contact us page. The website keeps coming up with a server error and an auto reply to one of my emails said she is having technical difficulties receiving emails from Hotmail/Outlook/Live - this seems to be going on for some time!!

I guess my next option is the bank to try and get my money back, as I’m not seemingly going to get a reply from her.

Absolutely disgraceful. As others say, it seems more like a scam so please place your orders elsewhere.

Ordered in September for my daughter’s birthday in October, it stated a 3 week turn around. I have ordered from her for the past three years so this was my fourth topper, they have always arrived in the past just very last minute even though I stated a specific date when ordering. I didn’t receive the item. I emailed, DM, messaged through the website and contacted via another email address as I kept getting an automatic response about particular emails not working. Still nothing. My cake maker even contacted. I will now have to contact my bank about getting my money back. Very disappointed and so is my four year old.

Ordered and paid for item, I messaged her about the date I needed them and she did reply however I never received the item, and never heard from her again despite my repeated attempts to reach out.
I had to take it up with my bank to get my money back. Ruined my daughter’s cake as I didn’t have the topper desired. DO NOT use

I only wish i had read the reviews on this company before I placed my order. Do not expect any form of customer service- no response to emails or social media.

Do not order from this company. Unfortunately, as mentioned in previous reviews, this person will take your money and you will not hear from them or receive your items.
Ordered my items on 4 March for an event on 13 April (well within the turnaround time), and still have not received the items or heard from the company and we are almost in May!
Warning others to avoid, so as to not experience the same thing I did.

AWFUL COMPANY! Avoid. They literally take your money and then you hear nothing from them. She’s a thief! I shared this on my social media and turned out she’s done this to so many people! I hope she gets serious repercussions. If anyone has had similar issues call her out on socials and report to your bank.

Took forever to send, missing the birthday and then sent the wrong item. Have emailed, commented and sent messages on insta and every time ignored. Wanted it as a gift to last forever, every year for my nieces birthday- ruined.
I don’t know how on earth she is still in business!

DO NOT ORDER! Wouldn’t even give 1 star! Item was ordered back on the 8th November for a wedding cake 3 dauchound cake toppers, chased on the 1st December to be told I hadn’t paid for painting markings and to send the amount via pay pal! (Which I replied saying I didn’t want the markings annd to cancel the order as it was well past the timeframe stated in the website) was told that the items would be dispatched for delivery Saturday 9th…. it’s now the 20th December and they have not arrived! Wedding was the the 9th December! All email correspondences have been ignored! And £40 down the drain! Please save your time and money and don’t order from this company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WOMAN !!! I ordered my item within the timeframe guidelines for my Grandson’s first birthday . Emailed her stating that I still hadn’t received the item and that I needed it by the 12th December . She did respond saying that I would definitely receive it by the 12th and that it was getting dispatched that week . Sent another email saying I still hadn’t received it but this time no response . Had an email again saying it was dispatched and guess what still not arrived. She has not replied to any of my emails since. Disgraceful!!

I emailed Harley in advance of ordering a topper for my son’s birthday party. She assured me that if I ordered that the topper would arrive in time for his party on 30th. I never received a dispatch email and sent a follow up email the weekend before to check it would definitely arrive. No response to my email. The 30th arrived and I sent an Instagram message explaining that the topper hadn’t arrived and guests were arriving and had it been posted, still no reply. The topper has now arrived but didn’t arrive on time to go on the cake we had made so was absolutely pointless ordering. I followed up with an email asking for a refund. To date Harley still hasn’t responded to any emails or Instagram messages. Had I known that it wouldn’t come in time I would never had wasted £25 on a topper…

I ordered from her in August. No answers to any of my emails or DM requests. After messaging many times, a month later I eventually got an email to say my order was processed. Almost a month from that email no sign of my order. An absolute disgrace of a company, zero contact from seller, my order did not arrive. Absolute robber. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Scammer. If you buy from this company you won’t receive your items, you won’t receive any responses when you contact her and you won’t receive your money back. I wish I had read these reviews before I placed an order.

Placed an order on 22 June, 8 weeks later still nothing arrived, I gave the benefit of the doubt and left it a couple more weeks before chasing.
No reply to any emails then recieved a despatch email to say my order shipped on the 16th August.
Multiple emails and contact us on the website, no response and no product, 4 weeks after it apparently shipped! This is awful!

Further to my last post, re this company after many emails ignored and 4 weeks after it was due,I have got an e.mail to say it's been despatched.Strange it has happened when I said I was going to do a charge back. I will never use this company again.

First year my order never turned up, she offered me a discount off my next order but ignored me when I tried to redeem it. Second year it arrived late and this year it hasn’t turned up at all again!!! Will be contacting trading standards. AVOID!!!

Shocking! Ordered some items for my son and daughter’s birthdays THREE months in advance and they still arrived too late for my daughter’s birthday and one item was missing. She then completely ignored my messages so I didn’t get any form or apology or refund. I don’t know how she can still trade. Should have known by there not being an option to read/leave reviews on social media. Disgusted she is doing this.

After following cake topper animals for years on Instagram and only seeing good comments on her posts, stories etc I ordered some cake toppers for my wedding cake. Little did I know she closely monitors her IG/Social media and deletes any comments that don’t suit her, she also reads every message you send her on Instagram by the way, she just chooses to ignore them... all the “Automated” messages I got from her in DMs were addressed to my Instagram name, that doesn’t normally happen in an automated message.
Thankfully I got my money back after disputing it with the bank, I even messaged her to let her know I’d disputed it and that I’d reported it to trading standards and funnily enough within 10 mins of me sending her that message I got a notification to say my order had been dispatched. It came, it was awful, glad I got my money back.
**Would HIGHLY recommend Party Animal Topper on ETSY instead** ordered and received within 24 hours, look FAB and everyone loved them…Not like the 12+ weeks I waited for the crap that arrived from Cake Topper Animals 🙃

DO NOT ORDER COMPLETE SCAM
Ordered 7 weeks ago no reply’s to emails or Instagram messages. She deletes any messages I ask in regards to my order. I have contacted trading standards. How can anyone operate a business like this. A complete joke of person. I am not sure how the lady has the audacity to keep drumming up business on her page, does she have no shame or moral compass. Going through my bank as a charge back. They have flagged this business from their end. Stop taking orders and money you have no interest or intention in fulfilling.

Same as the others. Half my order arrived and it was wrong, emails are being ignored that I want the other half! I’m getting in touch with trading standards because this is actually awful service.
