I ordered in her 6 week window. 8 weeks on nothing. Ignored my emails, Instagram dms and deleted the instagram message I left on a post on her page.

My bank have credited me as no surprise she’s ignoring them too.

How someone can still operate a business after so many negative experiences is shocking to me.

I first ordered from this site in 2018 for my eldest daughter’s 1st birthday without any major issues. Fast forward 4 years and when it came to ordering for my youngest daughter’s birthday, I didn’t hesitate or even think to look at reviews first. Harley posted that she was running out of Gruffalo figures and I jumped at the chance. This was the beginning of March. At the time she said it was 6 weeks for delivery, not the 3 weeks stated on the website. I waited 9 then emailed. Waited the 10 working days she suggests for a reply, nothing. Emailed again, this time asking for a refund as I needed to look at others options. Still nothing. I looked up the company on Google and these trust pilot reviews appeared. I have now lodged a dispute with my bank. They are investigating and issued an interim refund.
Harley, I doubt you’ll read this, but please, just stop. I don’t know if it’s gotten away from you, or you are unwell. But just be honest with people. Stop selling if you have no intention of fulfilling these orders.

Worst website ever! The owner does not respond to emails or social media messages. I've been completely ignored and my order came 2 months late with missing items to it!

My cake topper arrived after 7 weeks so I didn’t even bother opening. It was for a 30th birthday and was late by 2 weeks. I’ve been refused a refund on clearpay and ignored by the seller for 7 weeks. Just opened it today and have found a duck for a 1st birthday so there is definitely another disappointed family somewhere too. Absolutely disgusting, dishonest con artist.

Wish I had seen these reviews prior to ordering!

Placed my order 5 weeks ago, was informed it would arrive no later than the 3 week period. Emailed the company 3 times since then and all communication has 'all of a sudden' went ignored, now that she realises I'm not stupid. Have raised dispute with ClearPay, although suprise surprise the seller (Harley) hasn't bothered to reply to it. Contacted my bank who suggested I contact Trading Standards UK.

Disgusting that someone can do this to other people. Harley, maybe if you had a real job you wouldn't need to do this to people as you'd actually have money :) what mummy/daddy issues have you got to be so unhappy in life as to steal from others? Tragic.

Update- 'Harley' has deleted my comments on social media calling her out, therefore just proving she is a fraudster as she has the time to do that but ignore every single email/message. I'm actually cringing. And her full name is Harley Frances.

Further update 30.04.23- Harley emailed me saying that I need to 'cease and desist', claiming she was too unwell to send my items. Personally I don't buy that for a second given the horrific reviews from numerous people who have experienced the same behaviour. Obviously her ego couldn't handle being challenged as her first reaction was to term it 'stalking'. Given I work with perpetrators of stalking, please learn the real definition of stalking Harley. Finding out someone's name via Facebook so you can use it to report to trading standards, is indeed not stalking :). The only illegal behaviour is from this con-artist. I hope after enough complaints her 'business' will be shut down. Eventually your behaviour will catch up with you, just be a decent human being ;)

As others have said, this woman (Harley?) is a scam artist. I had been following her page for years, so I dread to think how much of peoples hard earned money she has pocketed. It’s absolutely sickening that she is doing this, but more so as lots of her items are used for birthdays, especially children, weddings; truly special moments, ruined. No conscience or morals.

Before ordering I did some research through her tagged items on Instagram. You will see lots. There are lots of positive comments and she appears to reply to them all. What it doesn’t show is that she reviews all comments before they can be seen, so everything she replies to is tactical! (Get someone else to check if they can see your comment - you’ll be able to see it but they won’t show).

The same thing happened to me where by I didn’t receive a confirmation email. I kept chasing, she said it must be in spam, then there was an issue with her website. I had no problem receiving those emails from her though. I stopped receiving any communication about a week ago and it’s my little girls birthday in 2 days. I mentioned what had happened to one of my best friends and by pure coincidence, she said the exact same thing happened to her when she tried to order for her little girls birthday a couple of years ago! If you’re reading this trying to get your money back, she said it took about 6 months with no response and then one day the money just suddenly appeared in her account.

Vile, vile, fraudulent business and I really hope she gets shut down soon!

I've placed an order 4 weeks ago, no confirmation email. I've chased by email twice with no response, commented on her Instagram & Facebook with no response. The turnaround is up to 3 weeks according to the website! The money has been taken, but no products for my daughters birthday which is next week. Absolute shambles of a company that shouldn't be trading in my opinion, wish I'd seen these reviews before I placed my order!

Again, if I could score 0 I would. Furious as I type this. Ordered at the start of November, it’s now start of March and I’ve heard absolutely nothing at all from her. Yet she was very quick to take my £63. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHAMBLES OF A BUSINESS. Her Instagram followers are 32k, but I really do believe it’s a dodgy set up. I’ve registered my dispute with the bank to get my money back. Don’t make the same mistake I did

Would give zero stars if possible. Our issue was 2+years ago. Placed a large order for our bakery Peace and Pastries. Never received an item. We wrote several emails and social media comments. They never responded to any of our emails. Sent from multiple accounts. All of our comments on Instagram were deleted. I finally made a post on my feed outing this fraud, and wrote several public comments on the pages of her friends asking if they could contact her on our behalf. Finally she contacted me after being outed and embarrassed online, but demanded I remove the post and denied everything. I posted receipts and statements, screenshots of the comments we posted that should would hide. Told her I would delete the post on my business page, after i received a refund. She agreed and said she would send a refund, but I wouldnt get a refund on the shipping costs (which was ALOT given I am in the US). I said as long as I could view the shipment receipt and tracking information, she could deduct that charge. I suspected there was no shipping information because it was clear she had stolen from us. So of course, she refused to show a shipment receipt and stopped responding to us altogether. The refund came through thankfully. But I was afraid I wasn’t the only person stolen from. And had I not began contacting her friends/ig collaborators, and posting the truth, she would have never returned a dime. I’m so sorry to everyone who has fallen for this scam artist. I should have left my post so that others could be warned. And if you’re reading this, I’m order number #3744. It was a Valentine’s order placed 1/27/21 and we didn’t receive a refund until July after months of being ignored.

Ordered cake toppers for my wedding, stopped responding to me, my order never turned up! Absolute scam

Awful company - takes order and payment, does not deliver and ignores all correspondence. I am now £51 out of pocket. Please avoid at all costs - you have been warned!

Only given one star as there is no option to put zero. Orders cake topper 10 months ago still not received. 30 pounds plus spent. Does not answer emails. Absolutely useless company. DO NOT USE

Scam! Takes your money then never sends the item.
You can’t read anyone else’s comments on her Facebook page, nor can you message on FB or leave a review. I would imagine her Etsy was shut down as it would be in violation of their rules. Instagram posts are deleted & she doesn’t respond to Instagram messages.
I have repeatedly emailed with no response. Sadly there is no easy way to make it clear to other buyers that she’s a fraud.
I ordered a Guinea pig topper on 30th October & it has never arrived, despite turn around of 3 weeks. She is still posting on Instagram with new products.
Please don’t waste your money as I have done.

Unfortunately there is nowhere highly visible to leave this company reviews as they've shut down their etsy and remove any comments on insta and Facebook!
I ordered a custom painted dog topper on 15th July and noted I needed it for a birthday party 2nd September.
I got an email on 27th July titled 'order shipped' but the email contents said 'We have finished processing your order' and didn't mention shipping or any tracking numbers.
I emailed multiple times from multiple different accounts just in case it pushed emails to the back of the queue or if I was blocked. I messaged on etsy (when it was still open) dm'd and left comments on multiple instagram and Facebook posts with no response to any correspondence.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt multiple times and messaged with the option of just refunding me so I could find someone else to do it in time... as they are a 'small business' I would never want to be rude.
I was waiting on the item as I was having a cake made around the whole thing... I ended up having to change the theme at the last minute, luckily the baker was brilliant and happy to help.
It was for a 30th Birthday so should have been a very special cake.
The item was eventually dispatched next day delivery, with no notice given to me or email sent so I was out when the item eventually came! By this point it was too late anyway, the event had been and gone.
Utterly shambolic company and its so frustrating that there is nowhere now to leave reviews to let other people know how much of a scam this company is!!

Absolutely horrendous. They are a complete scam. I’m about to report their page on Instagram as I don’t want anyone else to suffer. Blatant thieves.

My girlfriend placed an order for 2 wedding toppers in May this year (order #6626 if the owner is reading the comments). Payment was sent but items never received. Numerous contact attempts were made on Facebook, Instagram, which were read by never responded. It's now September, would assume they've taken our money and ran.

Would recommend avoiding.

Edit. We managed to received our order after requesting that our bank perform a charge back. After the bank initiated proceedings the items were magically dispatched special delivery...

This seller takes your money and then never sends out the items you have ordered. They don't respond to you when you are chasing for an update.

I have tried contacting on email, facebook, instagram and etsy (although I ordered through her website rather than etsy). 11 weeks since ordering and no response whatsoever.

Please avoid at all costs you will be left VERY disappointed and out of pocket.

I have previously written a detailed Google Review, but now I can't even find this company on Google Reviews - which is odd. Worth mentioning that all reviews were 1 star and all said the same thing.

In short - Harley takes your money but doesn't deliver the product. This is wild to me, as the company has a good following and Instagram presence, so I have no idea why they don't follow up on orders.

A timeline:
Wedding booked for September 2020. I ordered two cake toppers via Instagram on April 24th 2020, which is where the company initially took orders. Great communication with seller and they seemed lovely and said they were excited to do the cake toppers. I was advised they should arrive in August at some point. I paid £49. Pricey - yes, but it was for our wedding cake, so I didn't mind, especially as Harley was so lovely.

We get to September. No order has arrived and no communication from the seller. I message Harley on Instagram to say I know they are super busy but any update on when we should get the order? Advised that due to the pandemic, the wedding is postponed to June 2021, but as they said the toppers would arrive in August, I'm worried they've gotten lost in the post? I then noticed that Harley has added to their bio that they are now email only, so I apologise and send an email.

Getting a bit desperate and frustrated at the lack of response. I suffer with anxiety and the lack of control has be stressing out. I order a cake topper for my fiance's 30th birthday - it arrives! I know this was a silly move, but at this point I am attention seeking to see if I have just become invisible and she cannot see my emails and order.

I send various emails from maybe November 2021 leading up to the wedding. My husband to be emails (I can't remember when exactly, but maybe March 2021?). He gets a shirty response advising that sadly they had suffered a pregnancy loss, so emails haven't been taking priority. This is of course very sad, but I had been chasing this up for months on end. I also do think this is unprofessional of them, as it made us feel really bad, as if we were badgering them at a bad time. I sent infrequent emails.

It gets to May 2021 and I message on Instagram to advise I know it's email only but I don't think you're getting my emails. This whole time I am sending really polite emails and taking the position that they must not be receiving them (despite me getting email acknowledgements each time). At some point, my mum emails or messages and says that her daughter has been emailing, to which the seller responds saying they have received no emails from anyone with my name (I have the receipts!) but still doesn't give an order update!!

May 2021. I am at my wit's end. They are just cake toppers. I couldn't care less about the cake toppers at this moment. We have been living through a global pandemic and I am just so over stressing about the little details and just want the wedding and think that all the little things I was focused on before (like £49 cake toppers) was silly. But I have paid and I'm annoyed at the poor conduct of the business. As I arranged the purchase on Instagram, I don't have Etsy or anyone to report the seller to.

I type out an email and ask my 5 bridesmaids, my mum, my fiance and one of my friends to send. They all get received receipts. I report to Trading Standards but I didn't get far with this. The order is received on June 12th - the day before we were due to leave for the venue with the wedding being on the 14th. Still no acknowledgement from the seller and nothing in the order to say sorry for the delay etc. The order was incorrect also. The elephant was meant to have a little veil at the top of their head by the flower crown, but it was glued onto the shoulders like a cape, so I cut it off. The cake toppers weren't worth it, regardless of whether they were on time or not.

So an order in April 2020 arrived in June 2021 with no updates from the seller in the meantime and no apology. Really terrible customer service and a very frustrating experience. I didn't experience much stress at all on the lead up to the wedding except from this completely incompetent seller.

Don't waste your money and risk your sanity on a purchase from this company!!!

If I could rate lower than one star I would. Ordered back in November 2021, and no communication. The only communication I had was after several emails and a promise that my order would be here by the end of the week... it never came. Its now April and I had to go through the bank to get my money back. I was really looking forward to my personalised pets for my wedding cake that we've already had to postpone twice. So to have this bad experience was the cherry on top. It is now obvious to me that she's paid for all her Instagram followers! Do not trust!

Do NOT order from this company!I would not even give this one star! They did not deliver the order in the 6 months I waited for it (ridiculous!!), stopped all communication and there is no way to gain a refund! Completely unacceptable!
