Your feedback does not reflect the reality of the product. Each product page features 5 to 10 high-resolution photos that show the bracelets exactly as they are.
As for the sizing guide, it is carefully calibrated to ensure a perfect fit, provided the customer actually takes a moment to measure their wrist - which it appears you may have skipped.

The orange color is definitely not as vivid as in the photographs. It’s impossible to put on by oneself. Disappointed. The turquoise one is too small. I expect a refund.

Everything arrived quickly and beautiful.
Everything arrived quickly, and beautifully packaged. Each item wrapped in plastic, encased in its own little drawer and then enclosed in its own little box. Very nice.
Not to overlook the fact that both chains were beautiful.
