Bracelet quality okay , customer service is bad all the way
Finally I got the bracelet, the shipping this time honestly was spot on , since day one I always said bracelet quality is great ,but as long as they will fix their shipping method, everything shone good, I’ll increase my rating to 4 starts .

customer service is below below expectations, I purchased 3 bracelets, it took almost 10 days to get , you guys probably using the cheapest USPS shipping, anyway I received the bracelet 1 of fits good and I had to exchange the other, since Jan 25th they been giving me the runner around , on the 25th they said they received the bracelet and they will do the exchange today which was 10 days ago , and still haven’t received any shipping information, so this means after 10 days they still haven’t shipped my bracelet, so I almost paid $100 for one bracelet so far , I’ll give you guys another couple of days then I will file a fraud claim. It’s so easy to take my money, in less than 30 seconds, it’s Almost a month now since I purchased the bracelet. After I give you 2 stars I went back and changed to 3 , my advice to you , your bracelet quality is good don’t ruin it by chosen the cheapest shipping and making your not happy.

I was disappointed in the material the bracelets are made of. The photo appears to be a nautical waterproof material but when the bracelets arrived it seemed to be a soft cotton fabric. I was disappointed.

Shipping time horrible
today is the 19th, we ordered on the 11th, and your shipping with USPS is just horrible, we still do not have our products, to think it went from Cali to Indi, then to lansing MI to Det MI then to Howell MI, that is totally ridiculous and now it is just sitting in Howell, and you should give shipping options to people when they order, ie. UPS or FedEX, the postal service just sucks!

Hi , We understand your frustration, however we’d like to clarify a few important points.
At checkout, we offer multiple shipping options, including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and others. You specifically selected free USPS free shipping at the time of purchase. USPS routing and transit delays are outside of our control, especially once the package is in their network.
Because this was a free shipping service, it is not accurate to leave a negative review based on how the postal service operates rather than on our product or fulfillment.
We always recommend choosing an express carrier (FedEx, UPS, or DHL) if faster or more predictable delivery is required.

We contacted you earlier by email to inform you about the delay. Due to the tariff wars involving exotic leather, we were invoiced for nearly two months, which caused a temporary shipping hold. Now that this issue has been resolved, we have shipped all pending orders to customers who were waiting, and we also included bonus bracelets as a courtesy - including in your shipment.

Sizing is off
Sizing is off. Doesn't fit. I emailed and haven't heard how to return. Heard back from the company and they are willing to make it right. Raising my rating but not all the way to 6 due to time it took to respond.
