The driver was friendly and helpful. It can be a concern a woman travelling alone especially when it's dark, I booked for a family member who sent a text to say the driver was lovely.

Driver arrived spot on time.
Helped my mum get into car and put wheelchair in boot with a smile and kind words after her fall. A really pleasant young man which we needed after sitting in A& E for hours. Nothing was too much trouble. I wish every taxi driver was as kind as he was.
