On the day of your booking, there was an unexpected delay due to it being a particularly busy period, with many of our drivers attending their weekly prayers.
During our conversation, you also mentioned that you had initially contacted another taxi company but called us because they too were unable to provide an immediate vehicle. Despite the high demand, we still managed to arrange a taxi for you and complete your journey.
Regarding our fares, every taxi company operates differently and has its own pricing structure based on operating costs, vehicle availability, and service levels. Our pricing may differ from companies you have used previously, but our fares are transparent and reflect the quality of service we strive to provide.
We are a highly reputable local company and have proudly served our community for many years. We have built our reputation on reliability, professionalism, and high service standards, which is why feedback like this is disappointing for us to receive.
We also feel it is a little unfair to suggest that we failed to communicate, as we explained the reason for the delay at the time and still ensured that a taxi was provided for your journey. We have been trying to contact you to discuss your concerns directly, but unfortunately, we have been unable to reach you by phone. Great Taxi Service
Call a Car, are the best taxis I have used in a long time. The guy who answers the phone, when I want to book a taxi, is very friendly and so are the drivers of the taxis who pick me up at home or wherever I need to be picked up. Thank you to the one who answers the phone and the drivers of the taxis.

Seriously over and above service
They went over and above when my elderly mum left her purse behind wedged between the seats, with all of her christmas cash and cards and ID etc inside and was heartbroken when it couldnt be found. Freddie the owner tracked everything down and the driver basically pulled his car apart to find it! He did and delivered it back to mum straightaway and when she tried to tip him he generously declined, just wished us a happy christmas and said he was glad she had it back. The owner was actually planning to help mum with christmas gifts if they couldnt find it, "we wont see her going without". Blew me away. Driver was wonderful, Freddie speaks so highly of his drivers and I see why. I wont ever use Uber again. Thank you again for making us smile so much, mum was so relieved and thankful. There was no other reason to make such an effort other than kindness, it could have been wedged there forever or taken by another passenger etc. I've since spoken to another manager to thank them again and he is lovely too so I wanted to leave a nice review to let customers know that this is a trustworthy local business with a lot of kindness behind them.
