TOTAL SCAMMERS AVOID!!!

Tried to locate a number that called me one evening that I did not recognise, the page stated a ONE OFF payment of 50 Pence and then proceeds to charge £48.90 24 hours later. You can see this has happened many many times before if you have seen the other reviews from genuine people rather than bots the company have used to pump the star rating up. Also very dodgy that the company states it operates in London, whilst I received an email in French and also found that the company has links to Poland. The whole thing is off and please read my review along others. Absolute thieving see you next tuesdays.

Total total scammers! paid 50p then they stole £49.90 the next day from my bank and again the month after. Didn’t sign any subscription. Had to ask my bank to put a block on future payments. Have contacted them to ask for refund and all they do is try and call you from a US number which you get charged for. Dishonest scammers

The accuracy is generally good, though there are occasional misses. Overall, a reliable tool for identifying callers

Service is good but could be improved with faster processing times. It’s good for general identification but not always perfect

As well as other on here, I paid the initial £0.50p and the next day was charged £48.90. I rang and didn’t get through! I emailed and was told that I could not have a refund as it wasn’t in the ‘terms of use’ considering I DID NOT sign up to a subscription I made this very clear and was quite rude and blunt in my return email to them telling them I would be taking them to court and of course the next reply from them was offering my refund like I’d already suggested and been rejected in the first place.
Advice - BE rude and threat them with court if a refund isn’t given as a first step and you should be able to get your money back!!! Now I’m waiting 5 to 10 business days for my money back.

Robbers and scammers ! I have had subscription money taken and received nothing. I have cancelled and alerting my bank.

Like others I to used their service to try to identify a scam phone call made to me from another organisation. I paid the 50p yesterday. Today my credit card company contacted me to tell me of a possible scam and blocked my card. Apparently I had unwittingly paid for a subscription to Call Hunt Co. I was advised to cancel it and telephoned four times with no success. I found that I could cancel the subscription on Call Hunt website. I have done this. I would advise not to use Call Hunt!

I receive a 48.90£ payment. I even know how to cancel… hellp..

Solid service with great potential. We've seen a marked improvement in our lead quality, though there are minor glitches sometimes. Still, it's a reliable tool for any business.

Do not use I paid 50p to use the service once. Then they took £48.95 for a subscription I was never made aware of.

I agreed to pay only 50 pence for a single phone number lookup. The service provided the wrong name anyway, and a day later, I noticed a "pending" charge of £48.90 on my account.

This charge was apparently for a subscription I never agreed to or wanted. I was completely unaware of this "subscription" when I made the initial purchase.

This appears to be a deceptive business practice- which is a SCAM.
I strongly advise against using this service.

The service is very useful, but the interface could be more user-friendly. It takes some time to get used to, but once you do, it's a powerful tool for any business.

Thieves, scammers, why on earth still operating and stealing peoples hard earned money, let alone false information,trading standards turning a blind eye and allowing them to scam us.. stay well away and avoid them at all costs

Said it was only taking 50p on Saturday and it’s now Monday and they have took £48.90p out of my bank for a “subscription “ that I never signed up for does anyone know how I can get my money back for this ?

Tried to take nearly £50 a month after using via my card details but luckily it was blocked

Stay away from these scammers! After checking the first number, the next day they SECRETLY deduct a whole £48.9 from you, yet you're not even using the service!

SCAM. Stole 5x payments of £48.90 after I agreed to a 50p charge. And of course the info they gave was bs too.
