Placed my third order on Friday and while my order was one of the ones that was unfortunately affected by the website glitch I found the communication for the issue was amazing! Not only was Millie upfront and honest about what happened she also managed to offer solutions that would suit everyone.
I’ll be waiting a bit longer for my bundle but these books are genuinely something that are worth waiting for and anyone that has gotten them before will say the same thing.❤️

I love this business so much, the books are amazing quality and brilliant messages, and I love all that the owner stands for and raises awareness of in terms of human rights. ‘Messages to my younger self’ is my favourite book that I own. My only downside would be that sometimes the owner can be quite negative/rude on socials towards customers, asking for patience as she’s doing everything by herself. Perhaps if she hired some people this would mean things get done quicker and people don’t miss out on new releases. But I wouldn’t let this stop me from ordering more in the future and hope to get my hands on the new book soon (after missing out at the recent launch!). Keep it up millie!

Absolutely incredible, the books are absolutely incredible, fast delivery, incredible books, the fantastic pens, she’s tested everything that she sells so make sure she’s selling nothing but the best for her customers. Orderd 2 books and brush pens and I will 100% be ordering again. Happy to be supporting a small business that really deserves the recognition x

These colouring books are incredible! The quality and content of the books is literally perfect and they are by far the best colouring books I've come across. The selection of pens is also brilliant and I love that they are all tested before the owner sells them.

Ordered a mystery bundle and was amazed by the value for money and the time and care that goes into preparing them.

Think it helps as well that the owner is the kindest of souls and genuinely cares about their customers and their experiences.

Quality of the books and pens are amazing. Lovely customer service, I didn’t see the shipped email so emailed to check it had been delivered and Millie responded within 24 hours with the details of the delivery. I ordered on the Monday and received it just over a week later which I think is amazing for a small business with free delivery! I ordered a mystery bundle and wrote a bit about myself and I think what I received was perfect for me! Love the whole order and got to colouring straight away. It’s not like other adult colouring books that have teeny tiny detail that takes days and days to do for one page yet it’s still so detailed and meaningful. I think the designs are beautiful and the owner is kind and caring. Followed on social media for a while before ordering because I like to see the business before supporting and it’s a business I will definitely be supporting! Well done Millie and the crew💕

The book and pens I ordered came so quickly and are just amazing! The books illustrations are so beautiful and the messages are so empowering! Arrived much quicker than expected & the paper is so thick in the books meaning no bleeding through at all!!!

So much good stuff to say about this business and the business owner Millie. I placed my first order last week (and quickly followed up with a second order because I was so excited!) everything arrived this morning and I’m so happy with everything; the books are so beautiful and such incredible quality, WELL worth the price and the care package I ordered was such a lovely thing to receive after a really crap week. Millie’s products really do cheer you up ❤️ from an ordering point of view, it was all really easy to order with plenty of options of how to pay and the delivery time was really quick, especially for a small business!

The actual idea behind these books is very unique- the images are full of positive and encouraging messages. I like that it’s one of a kind.
But unfortunately, what lets this shop down, is the fact that this same effort clearly does not follow through into the process of making and printing the books. They aren’t very well made, crease easily, and the staples cause the book to fall apart after only a few uses. There are also quite a few spelling and drawing errors- for example, having two ‘the’ on one of the pages when there should only be one. The owner has mentioned this once online, but doesn’t seem to have made any effort to resolve this issue, just laugh about it. If you do want to return the book due to this issue, you would have to pay out of your own pocket, for their mistake. With the reasoning of this being that they’re ‘only a small business’.
I understand why the books are priced as they are, but all of this wouldn’t be such an issue if they weren’t so highly priced. I do believe that with a little more consideration on the quality of the products that are being sold, this shop could improve drastically, as that’s really the only thing that’s letting them down.

Fantastic experience once again. I've ordered a few times now and everytime the delivery has been quick. My only slight, is that now millions business is growing( which is fantastic) , it feels little less personal with the care packages. But I get it. Businesses grow and do well and that's amazing 😄

love this business!!! was inspired by her tik toks to buy one of the books because she makes them look so fun to colour (which they are) and the messages are so powerful and inspiring so i had to get one of my own and i love it! perfect for when you’re feeling down as not only does the colouring make you feel better but so do the messages in the book! also when i bought my book a part of my money went to a charity that i got to choose - only bad thing is i couldn’t choose more than one charity:( lovely amazing seller would love to buy more

I received one of Millie’s books as a birthday present and it’s honestly one of the best birthday presents I’ve ever received. I love the message behind every page, and the positivity it brings. I’ve since followed Millie on social media and love the content of her posts - very real and honest which makes me love her business even more! I will be ordering from Millie myself to buy gifts for friends and spread the joy that was given to me!

In my mind there are two kinds of people. Genuine or fake. I trust Millie as being 100% genuine. I have watched her on Instagram, and I have purchased her products. I love what she does and I respect her.

Really great service, had a query over an issue with the pens I ordered. Gave me tips to fix it and meant that I could get the most out my product. Ordered a mystery bundle and got my moneys worth, however should have said my allergy’s as got sent a face mask I can’t use. But that’s completely my own fault. But 5 stars for amazing service as delivery was fast and Millie replied to my email promptly🥰
