I was really excited and couldn't wait till the Zen Garden arrived. I do love it except the bridge and house are made of plastic. I would of preferred a bigger house and a Geisha Girl. Other than that I still do love it!
I’d been looking for a way to bring a bit more greenery into my home without taking on something too difficult to care for, and Calmyr’s terrariums immediately caught my eye.
Their customer service was exceptional. Amelia from their customer support team regularly checked in with me to make sure everything was going smoothly with my delivery and kept me updated along the way, which made the whole experience feel very personal and reassuring.
As a lovely extra touch, Amelia also gifted me a terrarium care guide, which has been incredibly helpful as someone who’s new to keeping terrariums. It really showed that Calmyr genuinely cares about its customers and wants them to fully enjoy their products.
When my terrarium arrived, it met my expectations and I’m really pleased with it. Between the quality of the product and the outstanding customer service, this has been a fantastic first experience.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Calmyr to anyone interested in starting their own terrarium journey, whether you’re a complete beginner like me or already an experienced plant enthusiast.
I ordered a terrarium on 6/9 and still have not received. I am getting the runaround from the company. First they send me a tracking number that is not valid. This was supposed to be a gift; so much for that. I cannot get a straight answer from them. I spent $178.19 and don't know if I am ever going to get this!
Very disappointed customer!
I have been led down the garden path by this company. I ordered a terrarium on 5/16/26. I received a tracking number about a week later. The tracking number was invalid and I was assured it would update. Well, it is now 6/23/26 and the number is still invalid. I have emailed support on many occasions and keep getting the same response to be patient and it will be delivered in a couple of days. I have asked for a full refund and now I am being ghosted.
UPDATE 7/2/26: Finally, after tons of emails I received my terrarium. Seven weeks to get it. Completely different shipping number. It was packed very well but the feet for the board that holds the lamp had to be glued as 2 of the 4 did not have adhesive. Super glue worked. I am happy with the product and hope it lasts. It was such a pity that I could not get a straight answer from customer service for weeks. I changed my rating to 3 stars based on having to email too many times to get an answer.
