I wrote a review about this company a few days ago. They now say, after 5 days that the camera has two marks on it. These marks are so tiny that you need to zoom in to 400% to see them and we’re not caused by me. It’s just an excuse to charge me because they can’t sell the camera as new because the Leica seal has been broken. They didn’t notify me that they had deducted anything and then relisted my camera on their website at a reduced price and gave me no opportunity to retain the camera rather than loosing £515. Looking at the marks ( if you can find them) would at most be a £100 deduction. I am currently pursuing a claim through the small claims court.
