Can't contact anyone after arrival of parcel
I have been frantically trying to contact you since arrival of drone devices as the wrong Neo drone was sent . I was expecting the Neo 2 and request a return and refund.

Massive Reduction Upon Return
Be aware that if you attempt to return a product from this retailer they may try to deduct a large fee for just opening and inspecting the goods. I returned a camera within a few days after just opening it and found it too large and heavy. As per distance selling I have the right to return good within 14 days. Camera Centre UK didn't notify me of any deduction and just gave me a partial refund via Paypal. I am currently in the process of perusing the £515.00 they have deducted. Please be aware when purchasing that you may not get a full refund.

Great After Sales Service
I purchased a 2nd hand Sigma 105mm f2.8 macro lens from Camera Centre UK. On receiving the lens the optical stabilisation was a bit noisy. After mentioning the noise in reply to an after sales courtesy email, Tommy asked me to return it for inspection (and emailed a return label). The lens was then sent to Sigma for repair and returned to me in a little over a week with update emails to keep me informed of progress. Can't fault the after sales service. Recommended. Will use again.

Great service from this company. Good price and next day delivery. The order arrived without issues and I was using it on a shoot 2 days after ordering.

Next day delivery, but unfortunately not the item I had ordered. A phone call resulted in a nice chat to a human being who was most apologetic and arranged for the correct item to be dispatched. An absolute pleasure to deal with a company like this.
