Actually, NOOOOO stars.

Received goods but nothing like the images in the advertising (ie. maybe a quarter of the size) and of course means we have paid an exorbitant amount of money for nothing special.

In Australia that's called false advertising and is illegal.

They don't answer emails and their website says to phone them but there is no phone number.

I guess we have been got by a SCAM

I ordered 2 of these lamps thinking they were large(about 24 inches high in photos). Thyy arrived today . What a disappointment. They ar about 6 inches high. What a ripoff!

A total rip off and misrepresentation.

I wish I had looked at reviews before I purchased my 2 awful lamps.

The pictures online are a joke. First, the glass is not clear.It is very shaded.
Second, the size is nothing like shown online.They are very small.
They feel very cheap I do not suggest purchasing one them.I certainly would not do it again

This is the biggest rip off ever. The quality is poor., the small size is a joke! Very bait and switch type operation. I would highly recommend not purchasing anything from this company!! It is a joke compared to the size in the picture!

Quality poor advert pictures are not want you get considering the price very disappointed

Don't even want to give this review a 1 Star 0 Stars from me. Scam - Ordered 6th July 25 and nothing has arrived. Unable to contact anyone, they don't reply to emails.

A complete scam. Have not received product, can’t reach out to anyone and not sure if it related, but now my credit card has been compromised.

Bought a camp-lamp as a gift for someone. They used it on their first camp trip and the solar function just doesn't work and the lights don't get charged. They hardly stay on for longer than 10 minutes. Really not fit for purpose when you consider the cost of the item. Emailed and contacted them through their website and you don't hear back of anybody at all.

Ordered 2 camp lamps which were delivered promptly, only to realise when they arrived that they weren't what I was expecting / unsuitable for the purposes I intended.
As per the website, I email to ask about the process for a refund and to initiate the process - website makes it clear a refund won't be accepted unless a return has been requested within 30 days - and thus far, 3 emails and no response. There's no phone number on the website either ... total con and against the consumer rights act, so I will be escalating this if I don't receive a response. Beware if you intend to buy and need to return...

My daughter and I bought two camping string lights. Product YD-2326. They were meant to be 10 m waterproof string fairy lights. One was 10 m and the other one was only 5m in a 10 meter box. They did not stay charged so I tried to contact for a refund and it was impossible to get hold of anybody. No emails were answered. It’s like they didn’t exist.
