Campaign Paintball Avis

Very disappointing customer service. The staff member I dealt with was rude, dismissive, and spoke to me in an unprofessional manner. As a customer, I expected to be treated with basic respect, regardless of the situation. The attitude made the whole experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. Management should seriously address how staff communicate with customers because this kind of behaviour can easily drive people away. I would not recommend this place based on the service I received.

Very poor customer service, they lack communication skills and the ability to pass information without getting aggressive, won’t recommend this place for anyone who doesn’t want to be humiliated.

Terrible service, try to get you not to play the game after paying, looking for ways to rip you off your pellets and very disrespectful staffs as well, speaking to adults like they are kids.
No sensitivity of the fact that their customers are actually adults. They try to rip you off and kick you out at the slightest excuse.
Don’t use this guys if you want to have fun without being disrespected.

Poor customer service, disrespectful staff, it’s not a nice place to visit dey just want to take your money

Bad customer service, the manager was rude to all my friends, don’t think I’ll ever go there again or recommend anybody going there

Worst experience someone could have.

Book a bankholiday for my friends birthday, 19 of us. A game that should last for about 2hrs.
Had the first round which was not up to 20min and they ended our game and kicked us out.

That felt like the greatest crime to humanity as we felt really cheated.
They will purnish a whole team because 2 ppl took of there face mark before leaving the safe area.

This is the greatest scam of a business.
NEVER USE CAMPAIGN PAINTBALL

Do not use this site if you value safety. During my last game kids removed eye protection in the game zones consistently with no strong intervention from marshals, players removed eye protection just out side of game zones (not in the safe zone) while the game was still in play, players removed eye protection moving between game zones. Marshals did not seam to do anting or even care.
My RIF was not calibrated, and i know of 5 others that were not, despite calibrated weapons having missive green bits of tape on them no one seamed to pick up on or care our ROFs had not been calibrated (chrongraphed)
Rental equipment, there was a few out this day and i can only comment on the 2 lads i tried to help, the 2 RIFS i tried to help and get get firing well had no hop up, no matter how high or low the end result was the same, im assuming the bucking rubber had completely gone
There was no control at registration, myself and a few others were not registered, and it was only detected at lunch when wristbands were checked. Meaning anyone could have been out in the field playing for free up to this point, also in the event of an emergency these people would not have looked for and accounted for.
I wish i had had my game cameras on me that day as i would have taken this to UKARA as an unsafe site.
