Camperite Leisure Avis 

Bought a kampa freedom oven. The cheapest I could on the net. These guys appear to beat most others if not all on price. Had a few teathing problems with the piece of kit, which turned out not to be the kit at all, but the end user (me of coarse). These guys were so helpful and patient with me, where my experience of others retailers, would not be interested after they had taken me money. Who says customer service is dead? I do - well almost dead! This company are one of a few that still value thier customer and offer an aftercare second best to none!!

Whats not to like about Camperite. They have a large range at very competitive prices. In fact the Dometic windbreak I've just bought was £50 cheaper than some places. I also received straightforward honest advice when I queried the difference in price between two identical items with different brand names, another £5 saved. Camperite are now my number one go-to store for my caravanning needs. Thank you.

Two out of three items I was really happy with and thought the prices were great. I needed to return the other item and camperite were so quick, clear and courteous as to how to go about this and they processed it quickly too. Excellent service.

The guys here are so helpful and knowledgeable, nothing is too much trouble for them. They found me a replacement steel pole for a Kampa awning, brilliant service!

I was searching for a porch awning and found this company on eBay. I looked at their website and was really impressed with the range of products they stocked all at a very competitive price. I ordered the Dometic Portico Air 180s inflatable awning and was impressed with the speed it arrived and I’m equally impressed with the quality of the awning, which will get its first use in a week or so.

We recently purchased a Dometic Combicool online from Camperite Leisure. Before our trip, David was very helpful over the phone with our questions about how we could convert the gas source to canister. Unfortunately the fridge had a very rare fault which we didn't discover until we were on a campsite in France. Again, David was extremely helpful in trying to assist us in getting it repaired while away and when this proved to be impossible in the area we were staying, he was able to issue a quick refund so we could purchase an alternative whilst on our trip. David went above and beyond to help us and saved the holiday! Can't recommend Camperite highly enough for their expert knowledge, support and fantastic customer service. Thanks David!

I have recieved Excellent customer service from Camperite. I have rang & emailed many times asking for advice and product suggestions, and they have always replied with professionalism & friendliness. I have purchased an awning & accessories

Ordered 3 beach chairs, which were delivered promptly. Upon opening the box we found that one of the arm rests on a chair had a rip in it, which would have deteriorated over time. Emailed the support guys and received a full refund (within the hour) for that item with no need to return the item. (I did include some photos in the support email). Great customer service. Very impressed.

Just purchased an Awning and other things for our caravan from Camperite Leisure. As always the service is superb and we cannot wait to try out our new awning.

Right from my initial phone call for advice which was given without any form of sales pitch.
Then to top it all they couldn't be beaten on price! Yay!
The product arrived swiftly and sooner than expected.
I would definitely recommend and use the company again.
Everyone I had the pleasure of speaking to on the phone was polite and friendly.
Thanking them for such a painless experience. Obviously we haven't tested the awning as of yet.

Took payment for item and emailed later to say they don’t post to my area but their website “isn’t smart enough to exclude it at the checkout”

Said they’ll send a refund but i’ll now have to wait up to 14 days to get the money back, and it wasn’t a trivial amount.

****update*** taking payment from customers knowing you do not post to their areas is scammy in my opinion.

You should have the website set up correctly so it do not allow this to happen, regardless of what you have buried in your terms on different web pages. Not once was it obvious or clear you do not post to N. Ireland.

If you cannot get simple things like this correct it puts the whole credibility of the website into question.

And lastly, regardless of when you refunded it’s still left me out of pocket for up to 18 days, from experience with pending transactions.

Amazing knowledge, Tom took ages to help me with my indecisiveness!! Went out of his way to help me choose the best for me - and it wasn't the most expensive! No pushing, genuinely want to help. And when he gave me a small bit of wrong information re membership of the caravan club - which really wasn't a deal breaker!! - Dave then arrived on my doorstep ON A SUNDAY to offer a £25 voucher!! Camperite had the product i wanted at the best price, also had the added benefit of being on kalarna pay…my chairs are lovely and comfortable with the added benefit of foot rests a great price for a great product.
Ordered on the sunday night delivered tuesday morning great quick efficient service, would definitely use this company again. Highly recommend them.

Camperite is my Favourite go to Camp shop. We have been using them ever since they started, which is many years ago. Doesnt matter what the purchase is from large to small always treated and greeted as valued customers. We have purchased many things over the years and always find things not only of good quality but lots of choice, the shop is always fully stocked and the guys are very knowledgable and helpful. Today was no exception which prompted me to write this review. In fact only last week i recommended someone who was admiring our awning. Highly recommend.
