I ordered from the candle guy last week and I put my email address where the address goes. I contacted them to let them know what I had done and they corrected the issue right away and they are re-shipping my package out free of charge. Thank you so much I will be leaving another review when candle arrives to let you know, how good it smells. Thank you again. 🫠

The scent of the candles are amazing! I might add also that depending on which candle my boyfriend lights, dictates what kind of night we'll have 😉!
I will definitely be ordering more candles for fun, romantic nights, as well as gifts.

Great customer service
As promised my order shipped the very next day after being placed which was awesome. It’s unfortunate that it was lost or mishandled during delivery by the mail carrier. However, The Candle Guy customer service team is working diligently and professionally to solve this matter. I really appreciate them being considerate and will definitely be ordering from them again.

Wonderful Customer Service
I was having an issue with the shipping and I emailed the candle guy. The response was immediate and the customer service is amazing! Same day responses are unusual and the candle guy resolved the issue quickly and professionally. The candle itself smells amazing and my husband loves it! It came packaged neatly and discreetly! Would definitely order again.
