Some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. The order was supposed to be delivered when I saw it was moving away from my city after already arriving here. I reached out to customer service and was immediately shipped a replacement candle. Most companies today tell you to wait a couple days to see if it arrives.
On top of the great customer service, the candle smells amazing. I will absolutely do business with them again.

Not angry, just meh..
Much smaller than expected, but I guess I should've read the specs. As someone that buys a lot of candles, $25 seems overpriced for the quality. I will say the candles are funny, which is what got my attention, and the packaging is nice. Maybe try better photography to show the scale of the candles and upgrade the label to a higher-end material. That would make me buy more.
