We always send out a shipping confirmation with a tracking link automatically to the email address provided at checkout, at the exact moment the order is dispatched. We ship every order the next business day at the latest, so it’s likely that USPS encountered an issue, such as a delay or a lost package. Have you checked the tracking information or contacted USPS about the status of your shipment?
To be honest, leaving a 1-star review without reaching out to us first makes it difficult for us to help. A direct message to our customer service team at service@candle-guy.com would be much more effective in resolving this issue. Top notch candles
These candles are the best- and the customer service is just as good! I received an incorrect scent, and they quickly shipped me a replacement. With the holidays they ran out of my chosen aroma but they made a substitution and ensured I was a happy customer. The substitution ended up not being my favorite- but rather than return it I opted to gift it to someone else- and just buy another one because they are THAT good. Will continue to be a proud supporter of this company!
