BE AWARE OF THE PRODUCT SELLING WEBSITE not From USA.

I got the advertising about their AilyMur the AI translation Earbuds. When I received it was not an AI translate, it turn out you have to buy the app to get translated, and it not much different than google translated. I decide to email them to return. They don't have return process online. Each time I wait for the email back and fourth was several weeks. When they told me send the earbuds back to get my full refunded, it turn out I have to send over sea to China, and because it the earbuds, you can not send it by air. You have to send it by the special route through UPS it cost $200, more expense as getting another earbuds from US. They told me they will give me back $25 then I can keep the earbuds. While I bought for $270. Please watch out for those selling website it look good, but the product is not from US, or from company in US like Amazon. Make sure the website process return easily from the website.

Terrible business cheap earplugs don’t…

Terrible business cheap earplugs don’t block any sound. Don’t spend your money. Don’t open them if you’ve purchased them send them back get a refund their policy is they don’t accept returns if the product is opened. Honestly, extremely frustrating. Waste of money. waste of time. No place to leave an actual review on the website is a big red flag from now on.

A total unethical business!…

I ordered earplugs that came from China via Canemax.
They did not block out any sound as promised.
I was advised by them to return them to China myself. Original cost of said earplugs was $58.00. Return by mail was $20.00 plus landing fees once there that would be another $20.00.
Total cost of $40.00 paid by me for a”possible” return of $58.00 leaving me a whopping $10.00 return.
They are major con artists - so why are they still in business even after all these reviews??

NEVER RECIEVED ANYTHING

I PAID FULL PRICE FOR ASET OF HEADPHONES, EVEN PAID EXTRA FOR EXPIDITED SHIPPING.I NEVER RECIEVED THEM, OR HEARD BACK FROM THEM. I SHOULD HAVE READ THE OTHER REVIEWS, THEY ARE ALL BAD. THIS IS A PURE SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

Misrepresentations and No Suppport Response - SCAM

The MintPolu device was advertised on Canemax as being both ultrasonic and UV lighting. I found information elsewhere that indicated it was only UV light or ultrasonic but nowhere described as both as it was advertised on Canemax. I have asked them to confirm it has both. They have not responded. I asked for cancellation of the order before I even receive it and well within the 90 day return policy. They have ignored it. It arrived today and appears to be the Rosa Rugosa US200, with only ultrasonic and No UV lighting. This unit sells for around $15 on alibaba. I have again requested a refund and so far they continue to ghost me. Canemax appears to be a SCAM company that cannot be trusted. BUYER BEWARE, you are about to be ripped off.

Received several solar sound deer…

Received several solar sound deer repeller gadgets made for use obvious outside in the elements. One of them got water inside. Doesn’t work properly. Communicated with customer service from Canemax her name was Melissa D. We went back and forth several times. She kept asking me the same questions. I sent in pictures and video. After a few weeks of this I finally just gave up and replied please don’t contact me ever again. Obviously they were not about to stand by the product and issue me another one or a refund.

Shipped products different from my order

Ordered two identical sets of bone conduction headphones. Shipped fast. Neither brand was the one I ordered. One looks the same but the other is completely different. Have written three times to exchange one pair. No reply. Of course, there's no phone number to call.
