I sent an item that was advertised as…
I sent an item that was advertised as box canvases and I received canvas boards. No problem until I complained twice and I’ve had not a single word in reply. I’m now offered to return deadline very disappointed.

Missing items
Missing items. Poor customer service. 15 canvases ordered but only 5 received. Sent four emails but no replies. Atrocious communication!!!
Finally the missing canvases arrived, late, and with a hole in the box and a corresponding hole in one of the canvases. Minimal packing of a single cardboard box and no padding or bubble wrap!!

I am extremely sorry that one of the canvas you received was damaged.
As discussed with you yesterday, I will be confirming with our suppliers today the resend of the canvas however I will be in touch if there are any issues.
Our suppliers usually get back to us promptly so I hopefully will be able to confirm this for you soon.

Inferior Cotton Canvas Round Panel

I bought these panels after receiving an email offer. They are really low quality. No wonder you can't find them on the website under circular or panels.
The photos are deceptive. These are pieces of flimsy cardboard with canvas on. Not even as sturdy as most backing board.
I would have returned them, but it would have cost me too much in postage so they will be for the kids to paint on.
I'll stick with my usual supplier in future.
You say in your reply you will collect canvases.
Just in case anyone thinks this is free!
Returns policy
If you are unable to return the items yourself, we do offer a collection service. There is a £15.00 charge for this service.

I am very sorry to hear that you were not happy with the quality of the round canvas panels.
The Canvas store panels are an introductory level canvas but are fully primed and ready to paint on which is standard for that kind of product.
We do sell some higher quality canvas boards and panels which we can suggest to you if you require any particular size.
We can collect any unwanted canvas as long as it is unopened, so please do not feel that you have to pay for any return.
Once again, I sincerely apologise if the items did not suit your requirements and any inconvenience this has caused you.
