Poor experience.
Having lost my husband last year I'm still waiting for Capita to sort out the issue of the Death Lump Sum Grant.
My family has filled in and returned a number of data collection forms. Repeatedly, Capita has lost the forms.
I've had a telephone conversation with one member of Capita's staff who muddled me up with my sister in law. The operative told me he couldn't discuss anything as it's not my case! The company has made a difficult situation much worse.

EXTREMELY BAD. I have been helping both my parents to get what is rightfully theirs but Capita has been playing them from the start. When they were about to receive their pension Capita said they did not have an up to date ID or address for my parents.. although they sent a letter a couple weeks back. If anyone is making a complaint, add me to the list! The only way my parents were able to get their pension is because I asked to listen to all phone calls that they made in the last year because they said that we never called regarding the pensions. Once I asked for that, miraculously my parents got their pension! There is a law that they must supply any information you ask for, Including phone calls to them, notes on your account, and emails so don't let them fool you! This is called the Subject Request Act. Have a little google! Imagine working hard for SO long and then to access the money they worked hard for, they are faced with this!!! It makes me so angry!

Assesors are deceitful,unprofessional, lack knowledge of conditions, they make assumptions, fabricate assessments, add things that have never been said, ignore evidence, lack empathy and respect.
Shameful how they are getting away with treating disabled people. How is it even legal? Its blatant discrimination.
An absolute gang of chancers
An absolute gang of chancers , been trying to cash my William Hill pension since Arpril and all I’ve had from these clowns is hoop after hoop to jump through and endless excuses , I have also been Mis-advised on 3 separate occasions by call handlers who don’t even know who holds my pension. If there was a terrorist attack I’d laugh my sweaty Ollies off if these beauts were wiped out.

My pension not paid into my account and payroll have details. No one can get hold of payroll as phones not manned. I was told a manager would call me back and didn’t. Can’t speak to anyone in payroll and can’t get answers from anyone. This is a dreadful company. I am so angry as left me without an income. Don’t place your pension with these people. They just don’t care about customers.

Do not deal with this company, they do not contact you, when you finally are able contact them they generally just tell lies to get you off the phone, such as "a letter is in the post for you" or "that's being dealt with today" you will hear nothing ! Also they never answer an email.

Where on God's green earth to I even begin!? Too many stats, most of them are unrealistic, bad team leaders, horrible system issues.
Stats
When working here, you are required to hit a lot of stats, consistently while dealing with system issues that require you to restart your computer over and over again. As the systems are bad, it is pretty much impossible to hit the stats and targets set out (you cant hang up the call, customers always need to leave good feedback etc.)

The systems are so bad to the point where I've had hours of downtime off work and even though its not my fault, i was blamed for having a large amount of downtime. You literally have to restart your system every like 5 minutes or so. Its a joke. How am I supposed to perform while given garbage systems to work with?! It doesnt make any sense. I've never seen a more garbage company its no wonder why there are more 1 star reviews than 5 star. I would rate it -8 stars if I could. What a joke.
Bad Team Leaders
My Team Leader complained when I was only off work for 2 days over the course of six months..!? Being off for two days within 6 months isn't even that bad.. I could not believe the tone of voice she used at me when she made it clear that she was not happy that I was off for 2 days. Clear lack of professionalism. There was a time where my throat hurting and I was struggling to take calls and communicate and my team leader shows no empathy and just said "when can we get you back on calls". What a joke, a simple "take some time to sit down and get a drink", "take a few minutes to sit by yourself" would've been nice. Showed zero team leadership, no sympathy or empathy at all, no motivation to the rest of the team to hit the stats or targets, rude, disrespectful, zero management/leadership skills, not fit enough to be in any managerial role, constantly brings up stats and targets and forces those so much, completely shoving down mine and my colleagues throats.
I started late 2022 and found out that most of my colleagues had their contracts terminated for the most stupid reasons (mainly because they couldn't hit the stats which made sense as the systems are terrible) including my own.
Better to be unemployed than to work for this joke of a company. I have never worked for a company so horrible. Mcdonalds/retail/other call centers would've been 1000x better than working here.

This job fired me on the purpose of the delivery service called city spirit. The delivery driver was having a lovely time outside. He did KNOCK OR RING MY BELL on my door because I was meant to collect Delivery from them and due to this reason, capita and ended Contract was a very unfair decision that was made absolutely would not recommend you work for them. They believed city sprit over me and I had video evidence and yet again this company still ended my contract. Zoe steen and rikki brown from capita Management made this unfair decision for me I am now jobless

Absolutely joke of a company, no professionalism at all, they don't deserve any rating, they are very poor and so frustrating, I missed the chance of using my pension to get a house after my retirement, I wonder why people are still using this platform while a lot of people are already migrating to (A plus) which serves better.

I worked for capita throw fera Science Ltd.. I worked there for 7 years.. the last 2 years have been hell on earth! They took on a new manager that she is a bully and they are going through staff like no tomorrow. She is destroying peoples mental health. I left because of her. I tired so many times to talk to someone / managers.. reported her. Nothing happened. All was told was to get on with it. Its who she is. Made to feel like you're nothing. Been dragged down. Spoken to like your a child.

The prompt “what went wrong this time?” just about sums the place up. As taxpayers we are paying for this lot to organise SATS marking. Every they do is either cocked up or you just can’t get hold of them. Poorly written emails, online meetings missed, phone calls unanswered. Complete shambles and would be laughable if we were not paying for it!
Capita - a disgrace
I had to stop work last July due to ill health. On 21st March I contacted Capita to request the Pension forms as I wish to start receiving a pension they administer. Six weeks and seven phone calls later, no forms and one false promise after another. Totally unacceptable from a pension administrator, they are preventing me from accessing my pension fund!

Capita are an absolute joke of a company
I requested information regarding the pensions they administer, of which there are 3. The first two arrived pretty quickly as they are smallish, information regarding the third has yet to arrive, despite this being months ago, numerous calls have illicitly nothing but excuses, but no information, and I will be raising a complaint with the Pension Ombudsman.
Terrible Incompetent Pension company
I was promised a quote to crystalise my pension on the 7th March and I was told it would take 7 to 10 days. It still hasn't appeared despite frequent chasing and I'm now being told it's due to "systems issues". It's completely impossible to contact them and I've been hanging on the phone for hours with no answer. A really incompetent organisations and it's scary to think about how much pension value they have squandered over the years. Shift your pension to anywhere but here.
Terrible company
Terrible company. Never ever recommend, highly non professional managers and hiring system, paying lowest and demanding extra work, if someone want to become a valueless and psycho patient. The attitude of management is just like treating prisoners. No respect of employees, I wished there could be less than one star to rate them. Absolutely rubbish company, I worked only 8 months and I became under depression. Thanks God, got rid of this highly non professional and cruel system.

RIDICULOUS CHARGES!
Ridiculous charge of 12£ plus VAT to send a payslip BY EMAIL after cancelling the account with the online payslips without notice. They said any previous accounts are closing after 3 months. How would people know that exactly?
However, two weeks ago they had sent a batch of payslips without charge to my current employer but when I requested the payslips that were missing from my previous account they asked for 12£ for each payslip!
