Release of dad's pension amount owing after his death
Well where do I start, they said my dad's pension, which is not a lot would be sorted in 20 working days. What rubbish, after numerous emails and telephone conversation we are still waiting for the money to close his estate. They are now ignoring emails and it takes forever to get through on the phone only to say we will escalate it. It is hard enough dealing with the death of a loved one, without having to chase and chase the outstanding moneys owed. Utterly useless.

Liars! The agent was rude and unprofessional. I had a person with me but they weren’t allowed to speak. She made me upset as she kept going back and forth trying to annoy me. She made me so upset, yet said I showed no signs of anxiety, Liars!,No proper communication.No telephone communication option to customer,And this is very dissatisfying as I never had any issues with my previous platform with E@sybee*eInvestment

Faceless company. It's like trying to get blood from a stone to get information from them. I have queries with my Fiat pension which is serviced by Capita. However you just go around in circles. The number given by staff (0345 606 6508) is never picked up by payroll and they know this. One member of staff even said so. You are just fobbed off. On another matter, I phoned and asked three times earlier in April for confirmation on the rise in pension. Finally got a letter on 26th of July. Nearly 4 months. Appalling way to treat members.

The lack of training and incompetence by my pip assessor is shocking. They get big bounces for lying.My assessment was poorly written. She used out of date information. I have anxiety, depression, painc attacks. Cronic muscles and joint pain, most severe asthma and steroids. 200mg sertraline my BMI is 44 stigma in my eyes insomnia blurry vision and breathing problems.
I can't bathe or dress myself. High blood pressure i scored low rate mobility. Government cut backs targeting the disabled. I went from high rate mobility and care to low rate mobility and my condition has got worse. Work that out???

Would give zero if possible the assessor wrote complete lies in my PIP assessment causing trauma and deteriorating mental and physical health. They are destroying vulnerable people. Will be taking legal action this cant continue to happen to the countries most vulnerable people

Basically their assessment for PIP was all lies. Assessment for PTSD was conducted by a nurse or midwife. Yes a midwife can you believe it Lol
I was diagnosed with permanent PTSD by 3 experienced Consultant Psychiatrists but CAPITA with their highly experienced midwife said I had no symptoms of PTSD.
You just have to laugh. The government will probably reward them with another corrupt contract

They're incompetent
I am not even a client to them but I've been receiving someone's letters on my address to decided to give them a call so they can sort it and update the address issues. Previously I've been posting the letters unopened back on return address. It's been about 2 months and they're still coming so when I made the phoned call which wasted 40mins of my life the lady said to keep doing it, never bothered to make a note in the system or never even asked about any details so I said I'm not gonna waste my time, my effort if you're not willing to do anything about it because apparently it's upto the client to get the current address. I get that but if I'm telling you over the phone I will stop sending them back and put them in a bin you still don't care then..... I'm sorry but seems to be a useless customer service if you're not even trying to take any actions.
So people be aware that your correspondence can end up elsewhere.

it is very sad that we have a system to help people (pip) but they try all they can to stop you getting pip, i had to sit a assessment and watched a very young person judge my 17 year old autistic son, he gave my son 0 points throughout! these people have no medical background and they just do not have a clue so they make lies up, the assessment was supposed to be 1 hour but he finished the interview in 18 mins,
if you go on the capita website all the bad reviews have been blurred out.

The previous reviews say it all! I have a pension with Nissan and I have been trying to get it sorted since March this year! They have lied, been utterly useless and are a disgraceful company who should not be allowed anywhere near any pension scheme. I am now complaining to Nissan direct, the pension ombudsman and the daily Mail. These people are a farce and the data breach does not explain their utter incompetence.

After they new about data breach it took them 3 months to contact me to let me know.called the help line spoke to Fatima who was useless she would not arrange for me to speak to management and asked me for personal data about me really really it's not your job to ask that.after nearly 2 weeks spoke to a supervisor who tried to read to me a script pre written and fob me off with company cover over.not having this this is personal to me and she could not answer my questions what ever she gets paid is way way to much.a company that does not care about customers and customer satisfaction be honest and listen don't try to white wash the SERIOUSNESS of this situation and all you give is one year free to Experian cover what happens then when that stops we have to pay for your data breach of our data.the last 2 months I have gone from 1 phishing email a week to 150 a day and you tell me it's nothing to do with your data breach and not to worry my data is safe really funny thing last lady I spoke to even lost the email off her colleague with my questions on so she asked me to tell her the questions again😂😂😂😂 SAYS IT ALL

Weeks later they claim they haven’t had them.
I call today as my FA isn’t getting anywhere. I answered the security questions and then due to a recent data breach was asked an additional security questions. Which I didn’t have the answer to hand.
All the security answers I gave were subject to the data breach and the extra security question was also listed in their recent letter as part of the data breach.
I had its same issue a few years ago in that they never seem to receive transfer forms!
So they tell me to send an email with the very email that is also listed
On the data breach. This will be the 6th email I have sent to them
And not once have they replied

Unbelievably incompetent, when you phone you get cut off 3 times out of 5, everything you want takes two weeks, when you get what you want it’s wrong or incomplete, so that’s another two weeks, then they say they haven’t received the forms you send even though they were signed for, and their excuse is because they’re just an administrator they have lots of things to deal with from many companies, well employ some more people then!

How does this company win government contracts when it employs haters and zealots as their workforce?
I have medically transitioned 4 years ago and legally registered with all UK agencies as female.
The DWP has me listed as female and informed the assessor that I was a trans woman and my National Insurance and birth says Jessica, female.
The assessor showed obvious hate for people like myself from the off and submitted the report in my original male name and throughout wrote "he' him, his etc.
If people do not like trans people like me or do not agree with trans people existing that is fine and I will sit with them and buy them a drink as I believe in free speech but when a person is employed in this position for a government backed employed position they should not use their personal beliefs in this way as they are supposed to be non-judgemental when assessing needs.
Capita, you have a page on your website that talks about how you care about LGBT people who work for you and clients. ....... Well what a load of virtue signalling lies !!

Well what can I say, they are the worse company to deal with I have tried on 4 occasion to speak to someone about my pension, the email I received was wrong, pension forecast wrong. Does the left hand know what the right hand is doing. Had one lady who said she would ring me back, guess what I am still waiting 🤬😡, with all the bad reviews I think management need to get a grip.
