Applied online for a loan. There was a problem with my application upload but I received a call and follow up emails from Jordan, who was very helpful and professional in helping me get the issue sorted out. Application went through and loan was approved and lodged in my account the next day. Excellent all round service.

Amazing service as always
Amazing service as always. I recently took out a loan from the Dundrum branch and the guy's there were so helpful and efficient. I dealt with Jackie who was amazing. She got back to me quickly and gave me the best advice on which type of loan to go with. Have previously dealt with Joyce and who is also a pleasure to deal with.

I have been with Dundrum CU for many years now and each time I apply for a loan the process is so easy and without problems and the customer service from the people there has to be the best I've ever encountered in banking. I can't recommend joining the CU enough, it's a wonderful bank with even more wonderful people working there.

Girl I spoke to on the phone was so helpful and efficient, gave me a call back in less than an hour to let me know I was approved this also was a Thursday before a bank holiday which can be a busy time. I was really happy with the service that I was provided with.
