I bought a Renault Clio in 2025 and then signed a contract of service for the next 3 years. I paid £600 for the service contract. One year later, when my vehicle was due for service, I tried every possible way to make an appointment, whassup message, phone call and e-mail, all of which were unreturned for ever.I had to have the vehicle serviced at the dealership which I believe was the most decent course of action.
I visited their reception today to learn more and ask for a refund but I was told of a so-called non-existent reply to my email, which I have never seen in my inbox or junk box.
They looted my money!!!

A bit of mad house, but we got through after a bit of barter. Staff seemed under to get sales, but guy I dealt with, Ideal was good to chat to and kept me up to date

Cars not washed or valeted when you go to see them.
Check MOT before buying had a recall on mine which they said they would get done. Was told it would take a month to book this in with the main dealer. Checked at 2 main dealers they could do it the following day or the day after.
Car Planet tax the vehicles for you before you leave (at your cost) was told it was
done. By luck noticed 3 days later this had not happened. I had driven around with no car tax fingers crossed I have not gone through an ANPR camera otherwise there will be a £80 fine coming to me.
Altogether (apart from the salesman) an unpleasant experience which is not how it should be spending nearly £20,000 on a car.
I would not buy from them again!

The service here isn’t the best.
You end up waiting hours for checks plus all the admin work. Mind you I had booked an appointment which they double booked with another customer so waited over 2 hours to be seen.
As expected they also provided a different price to what was quoted on the app submission.
I did end up selling them my car as I was eager to get rid, but I don’t see myself reusing their service.

avoid, avoid avoid ? I am telling you my story I purchased a MGZS exclusive. In 31/01/26 the car they sold me after the purchase. I found out the car has been repaired. I also have the inspection report. Also, the car has so many mechanical faults. I have contacted them so many times, but they don’t respond. Please be very careful when if you do go to the showroom to view a car , because the sales person will try everything to sell the car , also they put me on a bumper policy that I cannot even use because it’s gonna start from 2029 it doesn’t make sense if you’ve been cheated by them report them to the local authority ? I also know once they read my review they will reply. Somebody will get back to you that I know they want.

I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and, unfortunately, the experience did not live up to the premium price point or the professional standards I expected.
The Positives:
I would like to mention that the salesperson, Dorian, was very professional and helpful during our direct interactions.
The Negatives:
Despite a good initial contact, the overall process felt rushed and lacked the transparency necessary for a smooth transition of ownership. My concerns are as follows:
Taxation & Transparency: The vehicle was listed/held under a "Disabled" tax class. This was never disclosed on the website or during the sale. I was told by staff to simply "go to the Post Office and scan a code," which was incorrect. I am now tasked with the lengthy process of manually changing the tax class to "PLG/Private," meaning I cannot legally drive the car I paid for. I expected the dealership to handle this or, at the very least, disclose the status beforehand.
Vehicle Preparation: Upon taking delivery, both car keys failed to work. It turned out the batteries in both fobs were flat. For a high-value purchase, ensuring the basic functionality of the keys should be a standard pre-delivery inspection (PDI) item.
Fuel Levels: The car was delivered with a critically low fuel level, requiring an immediate stop at a petrol station. Given the car was technically untaxed (due to the undisclosed tax class issue), being forced to drive it immediately for fuel was an unacceptable risk.
Lack of Concierge Services: In previous purchases at lower price points, I have always been provided with drive-away/transfer insurance and assistance with taxing. Here, it felt as though the priority was to complete the transaction as quickly as possible with minimal effort or cost to the dealership.
Conclusion:
While Dorian was a pleasure to deal with, the dealership’s lack of attention to detail and failure to disclose the tax status has left me with a vehicle I cannot use for several weeks. It feels as though the focus was on maximizing profit rather than ensuring customer satisfaction. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve their PDI and disclosure processes
