Car and van mats Avis 

Avoid at all costs. Mats did not fit and did not come with fixings as advertised. Refused to give a refund.

Ordered front and rear mats for my transit connect van. Unfortunately rear mats didn't fit. Contacted them and was asked to send photos of them in place. Sent photos of the mats in every possible position in each side of the van. Was told I had them in the wrong way around. Really?? Was then told someone would call me. That was in November. Still waiting. Sorry, would steer clear of this company.

Was a bit unsure if the size would be the right one due to various versions being available for my car. Delivery was quite fast although i would've preferred a parcel tracking feature as it arrived during the weekend.
Other than that, just perfect.

Didn't fit. Too wide and fixing clips too far apart. Although the receipt clearly states I ordered the correct ones they clearly weren't the correct ones. Too much hassle to return them and put off by other customers reviews which I wish had read before I ordered.

After receiving some volvo XC60 mats I went to install and found that the colour was a completely different shade of beige to my standard volvo and the retaining clips did not fit. I called to explain however the lady explained that they had supplied what I had ordered. I found this odd as I had selected my model and year on the website and chose the only beige available leaving one to fairly assume that this would have been a match. The lady explained that the colour was as is on the pictures online which I cannot deny but as I'm sure most will know the colour displayed on a picture on a monitor is not always comparable to the real thing.
They offered to provide me a full refund but would not pay for courier collection so I had to pay a £9 delivery back to them furthermore I did not receive a refund within the promised time of 14 days of them being delivered back to them, instead I had to chase them for payment. Once I received my refund I immediately ordered direct with volvo for £5 less and received the next day and they were perfect.
Lesson learned

I bought a set of mats for my car which the website stated would fit it. I received them and they looked really nice until I went to fit them that is. The mats were a good inch and a half to two inches short all the way round! I ended up buying them elsewhere for a tiny bit more money and wished I had gone there sooner. Disappointed is not the word for it.

Spoke to a lady over the phone ,placed an order with them ,more than hepfull excellent service.the lady fast tracked the order 24 hour as we where going away.it arrived prompt the next day.also got a follow up call to confirm the item had arrived.
Excellent service highly recommend.

When there was a fitting problem the company could not have been more helpful and courteous.
The mat is sturdy, fits well and looks great.

Quality of the mats was 1st class, perfect fit and really thick. customer service was faultless definitely recommend.

Ordered a transit custom load area carpet.

This advertised on their website as black trim as standard and the photo's all show the carpet as bound.

Items turns up at my delivery address, the item isn't bound, except on one edge. This is not stated on their website, this is unacceptable.

Phoned up the number to state that my order is wrong, for the lady on the phone to say "our machine isn't big enough to do the whole carpet" and when i suggested they change their website to correctly sell their product she didn't take to kindly to this. Very rude unhelpful attitude considering they mis-informed the customer and sold me a lie.

At the end of the day, if you want an unbound carpet cut the correct size, and want to be talked to you like you're the problem. Go ahead and buy.

If you want a finished product and some customer service that is above 0 star - buy else where.
