Good over all service and outcome
All went smoothly with good communication and updates. Only hickup was some miss communication with the body shop which resulted in another week or so in delays and a hire care showing up and having to be sent back as the repair booking had not been confirmed. Overall a good experience.

Efficient From Start to Finish
From start to finish, the process was efficient. I was asked for documentation and information which I provided. An agent kept me up to date with how the claim was progressing. The hire car provided was a high standard and the spec I needed. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Terrible experience was passed from pillar to post from car call to kindertons back to repair garage back to kindertons back to car call took over 4 months to tell me they are now writing my car off I am still awaiting payment for the write off. Absolutely atrocious STAY WELL AWAY FROM CAR CALL
