Cardcookie has best discounts on giftcards. Also, their customer service is top notch. They always reply promptly even if some issues with giftcards. I have purchased thousands worth of giftcards from cardcookie over last 5 years!

I purchased several gift cards during a Black Friday special.
A couple weeks later, I went to use one of the cards and was informed the card had a $0 balance.
I contacted Customer support @ CardCookie and, literally within minutes, my card was replaced with no questions asked.
I'm very pleased with the service and will continue to shop here.

I only use CardCookie for my discount gift cards. It's not a perfect system. Yes, I've bought cards that are already empty or are emptied before I use them. But cardcookie always honors their 100 Day Guarantee - and does so quickly. They always make it right. And those problems are so few an far between anyway, so I will gladly continue to use them.

I have used Cardcookie several times with no isssues. So I was stunned that my recent purchase was being held up for additional verification. They wanted passport or drivers license photos, verification on a bank charge, pictures of me and a utility bill copy from my home. All of this so I could save $10. I provided them with the information and then they cancelled my order. My credit card was valid and I have never been involved in fraud. Why they suddenly want to invade peoples privacy when we all are working hard to prevent identiy theft is beyond me. Very sad and pathetic especially when the customer service gets cut off from their end. Avoid at all costs unless you want to be frustrated and compromised. It is definitely not worth the misicule savings. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I’ve ordered multiple gift cards from card cookie and have had positive experiences each time. They say that orders are fulfilled within 24 hours, but in my experience, they’re usually fulfilled much quicker within an hour. Customer service is also great and extremely responsive. It’s a no-brainer ordering from cardcookie when I have a purchase to make from any major retailer store.

I bought gift cards at cardcookie quite a few times now and never had an issue until today where 1 of the 5 showed 0$ balance when i tried to use it, i reached out to cardcookie and they immediately sent me a replacement, the whole experience was so easy to handle, 5 stars for sure!!

Stay away.. In this day and age the credit processor is the one that should be validating the end user , not the company itself.. Be prepare to send you drivers license, passport, home address, 1st born etc to validate yourself and then likely get rejected.. not worth the time to lose your identity for a few measly bucks

All these 5 star reviews are fake they will scam you and take your money they have a fake customer support only way to contact them is by email but they don’t even reply to your emails so don’t waste your time your just going to get scammed !!

I've purchased from them in the past and things were okay until my last purchase. My credit card suspected a purchase was fraudulent & froze a transaction along with several others that were indeed fraudulent. I later verified this transaction was valid & my bank removed their hold, but my cardcookie account is still frozen! It's been over a month now & they have ignored 10+ emails. So all that to say they are fine until anything goes wrong, but if it does they are completely non-responsive!

Absolutely hands down best service from the Cardcookie team. Always fast in responding to issues and quick to resolve. Great product as well!
