I've been using CardCookie since 2019. They've definitely been the most reliable gift card seller from which I've purchased. The cards are usually delivered within a minute or two and are the amount specified. The only exception is occasionally after I've purchased a sizeable amount, at which point the cards arrive usually somewhere after 4am PST.

The few times I've ever had issues, a quick email to support resulted in CardCookie support staff taking care of the problem right away, usually with a replacement card. It's honestly nice to have a something in life that delivers exactly what it promises.

Despite this they charged my credit card for the 182 dollar amount

Cardcookie is a complete scam. They request identity information and then use your personal information to scam you. Do not attempt to buy gift cards from Cardcookie unless you want to be scammed

Great customer service. I complained about an error regarding a missing discount coupon code and they sent me a bonus gift card for that amount. Very prompt replies and service from the customer support team.

I purchased gift card from Cardcookie for more then 3 years, sometime delay but no big problem. recently I purchase Home depot gift card, next day They asked me sent a copy of my driver's licence and scan my face, then they said can't confirm and reject my purchase. I am just wondering they use my date do something else.

I had a problem with a card, as I've learned, due to the fact that the seller used the card for him/herself after selling it to Cardcookie.com. It was remedied at once by the customer service. They surely stand behind their products. Will buy again.

I tried to buy 4 gift cards. I got an email that they wanted my ss, drivers license or ID card through Stripe. I emailed customer service and said I wasn't ok with that. They said no problem and sent me a way to verify using the CC charge. Now they email me asking for more personal information (photos of current bills or bank statements). I told them to cancel my order because I am not giving more personal information. Either my CC charge worked or it didn't.
