Spoken to Angela Robinson on the phone and received very helpful, clear advice about how to turn off your equipment thay we have been using, and what is needed next, now that we need to cancel our order due to death in the family. Thank you for your kind prompt reply to our request.

I ordered an outdoor personal alarm, after a call to a helpful customer sales representative, on 12 August. Eleven days later I cancelled the service, having received no follow-up from Careium about my personal details nor received the alarm. Having cancelled within the 14-day cancellation period I expected a refund within the 14-calendar-day period required by UK consumer law. When it did not arrive I complained to Careium, requesting an immediate refund and received one a couple of days later. As an elderly consumer, I fall within the vulnerable group that Careium caters for, and consider myself lucky to have experienced slack service at an early stage rather than later with more serious consequences.

I needed help with my mum's key safe for changing the code as the tool to do so had been lost from inside the safe. What made the experience great was the help of two particular staff members, Jon Laker and Sophie Farrant. Sophie who answered my call got in touch with the technician immediately and Jon, the technician, went out of his way to help me and I know that this added time to his day - so kind. Both of them were lovely to communicate with, empathetic and understanding as well as helpful - offering options and listening to my issue really carefully - thanks Sophie and Jon, I couldn't ask for more!

Jordan McKie fitted a key safe, a wrist band falls alarm and speaker at my Mum's house (Mrs Patricia Williams) on Thursday 14th August. She was so overwhelmed by his politeness and how kind he was towards her. I phoned my Mum from Dawlish to make sure everything was OK and Jordan answered the phone. He explained everything to me over the phone and then helped my Mum from her chair to the phone so that she could talk to me. He was such a true gentleman and a genuine human being. I contacted Careium as my Grandmas alarm didn't work after she had a fall. I spoke to Julie Carmichael in the office first, she was so helpful and kind and arranged an appointment for an engineer to visit the next day. Micheal Smith then contacted me to advise what time he would be in the area and also called me again when he was 10min away. After Mike had fixed the alarm he rang again to explain what had happened and what he had done to fix the problem. Both Julie and Mike were a pleasure to deal with and I hope this feedback reaches them. Sarah with the 100 year old Grandma in Herefordshire

Careium: no nonsense customer support.
I had the need to contact the customer support at Careium today as I had inadvertently ordered the wrong device for my father. Angela Robinson one of their Customer Service Advisors was excellent. Rectified the order in an instant, handled all the complicated change over without need my input. It was sorted within 5 mins. Lovely lady and great service.

I telephoned this morning regarding an alarm for my father. Compliments to all the staff on their outstanding customer service, particularly Julie Carmichael and Steve Morgan who were so good with me and my dad
Dad had his alarm on before lunch time which is truly exeptional service.
I highly recommend this company to everyone.

From day one following instruction of my cousins fall monitoring system. The family felt relieved and confident that Sheila was more safe in her own home, having Careium staff monitoring 24/7. Sheila did use the system a few times over the years, And family were soon updated by the call centre and action taken. Sheila is now in a nursing home and Angela Robinson kindly arranged the account closure, and personally wished Sheila well in her new home. Quite honestly l can’t recommend this company highly enough❤️

Cancellation of Careium
I found the whole process very easy and the call handler Angela Robinson was very kind and understanding in the change of circumstances which meant the equipment was no longer required. She arranged for packaging to be sent out to me to make returning the equipment easier with no requirement to wait in.
