Yvonne was both empathetic and helpful when hearing about my mother's death. The refund due was made very promptly. And I have now received the jiffy bag in which to return the equipment. All good.

Contacted by Allison kershaw at customer services in Blackburn . Very informative very friendly and helpful as I’m not good with technology. Explained thing in detail to me also helped me choose fall alert too . Highly recommend this company. Never had any problems with company. Answer alarm very quickly had them for years

Sophie Farrant was extremely helpful, efficient and kind while setting up a daily automated check in for me. As I live alone except for my animals in the middle of nowhere and do not have anyone I can rely on to be a daily contact this will give me peace of mind. If I am ever unable to respond to the call by pressing 1 on my phone a person will ring and if necessary send the emergency services. I don't want to become one of those awful statistics where a skeleton is eventually discovered and I want my animals to be returned promptly to their respective sanctuaries. I have been intending to get a keybox for some time and the company was also able to provide one and keep a note of the code for it. The cost is less than £1 a day which I consider reasonable for a service I have been unable to access anywhere except from Careium.

After cancelling our subscription after my father sadly passed away, I spoke to a wonderful gentleman called Denys Oleksiienko David ho talked me through how to return the equipment. He was very professional and very caring and sympathetic at what is a difficult time. He checked through all my details professionally and thoroughly it was a joy speaking to him. Thank you Denys

I rang the company who were most helpful, in advising me of what to do with the Life line my Late Daughter had been using. I will be returning the equipment as soon as I receive the the bag for its safe return.

I called yesterday morning wanting information regarding care link support My call was answered by Sophie she carefully listened to my situation then patiently answered and reassured me of all of my concerns. I called back today 10th and asked to speak to Sophie the call handler advised she was on another call but would call me back . To which she did promptly did. Sophie patiently and politely talked me through the process enabling me to get things in motion and a potential delivery date of the equipment she talked me through the connection process and reassured me that should I have any future problems to contact her.
I found Sophie to be polite gentle and a genuine caring person . Sophie made me feel very reassured. I have given my friend who is in the same position as me Sophie’s name so she can ask to speak to her. Sophie is a genuine asset to your company. She sounds to be a nice caring human being.

My brother is seriously ill and won't be returning home. He therefore no longer needs his care alarm button. A neighbour told me that I would have great trouble cancelling it.
In fact Denys and the finance department at Careium were very helpful, cancelling the direct debit and telling me not to return the equipment as it was analogue and no longer compatible wih BT. They immediately sent me an email of confirmation.

Thinking I made a mistake with this company. 7 days later after sending the forms in no response. When I contacted them twice to ask about progress. They ask have you sent the forms in (which is yes). Oh my colleague is off they will deal with it tomorrow. wait a few days ring back - same story. Not giving me a good impression for a company that is to support vulnerable people. Might change company at this point. Will give to the end of the day. (two GPS orders)

Phoned and spoke to Amy Woollett earlier today about my mother’s situation and the lifeline machine and pendant. Mum has severe Alzheimer’s. Amy was so professional, courteous, empathetic, efficient and helpful. She listened to me and gave excellent advice and completed all things to such a high standard. A real breath of fresh air to deal with such a person. Thank you Amy. You’re an absolute star. Keep shining. You are a credit to your employer.

On speaking to Mr Denys Oleksiienko on behalf of a 92 year old lady who has gone into residential care we had to cancel her subscription to a very good and welcome service. It was very good speaking to the representative of your company who understood straight away the reasons for our cancellation. I would recommend the service as this gave us great support to a 92 year old and the family. Thank you Denys and the team.

Many thanks to the staff member who attended an alarm call out at my mothers house last night.
The lady is called Elizabeth Jackson, covering Rochdale area.
Elizabeth made sure mum was comfortable whilst on the floor and waited over 2 hours with mum whilst waiting for an ambulance to arrive.
