Warning
the problem I had was when Careium took over Centra ,my details were forwarded to the billing dept but not to customer services so the money went out but no help when it was needed. I f you were taken over check your details.

Once I finally managed to get through, the sales and purchasing process was excellent. Sophie Farrant was efficient, professional,knowledgeable and pleasant. She answered all my questions honestly and reassured me that I was making the right decision.
I had reservations before calling, with a non face to face purchase, but Sophie convinced me that it was not necessary. Also with a BF discount it seems a very fair deal.
My only complaint would be very slow initial telephone response. First day I called twice and abandoned calls after over 10 minutes. Second day I gave it one last chance and got reply after 10+ mins - the whole time being “ No. 1 in the queue “ !!
Sophie however, was again professional, offering sincere apologies and a polite, satisfactory explanation.
Overall a good experience.

I enquired of the company and was initially sent a brochure giving an overview of different packages & optional extras. I also had the benefit of a friend already using the service and her rcustomer service guide. I decided to proceed with an order and the telephone assistant was very efficient and friendly in guiding me through the process and her understanding that some of the contract details would be outstanding requiring further input. The equipment arrived within 2 days ready for set up.

I informed Careium that I was switching to another provider, and unfortunately my service was closed prematurely, However, the thoroughness with which Ahmed Valli worked to restore the service was exemplary.

Speaking to your company for the first time regarding the recent passing of my Mother I was shown the utmost care and understanding from Sophie who talked me through the process and made me feel at ease throughout, an asset to your company.

After informing the finance team of my mother death, I was immediately asked to pay the outstanding balance and when I refused, I was threatened with debt recovery action. You are vile monsters!!! Only after getting upset was the debt wiped.

GPS Tracker for People with Dementia
I spoke with Sophie Farrat on the telephone. Sophie was helpful and friendly with a good knowledge of the GPS tracker and had great patience explaining the whole system to me and was also able to give me a timeline in regard to receiving the GPS. I also opted for a falls device to be worn as a watch 24/7. Again Sophie explained how the falls detector worked. I finished the call feeling that I was making the correct purchase to enable some piece of mind regarding my Dad whenever he was out and about. Thank you Sophie for all your help.

I work with a team for my living to my epilepsy and being a danger to myself due to mental health issues but Since I was introduced to the careium product/team by my neurologist over a year ago, I’ve never been so confident with living by myself having uncontrolled seizures. The Team is absolutely fantastic and has been a huge help with my dealing with me living on my own having seizures. Cannot thank the team enough for what they’ve done and created but all I can say it has more or less changed my life and made me so much more confident.

The advisor Ali Akbar was really helpful and supportive in regards to cancelling the account in regards to the loss of my stepmother and to the situation of my elderly father receiving end of life palliative care. He was professional and informative on what happens next. A credit to the company.

Thank you Careium for your care & support recently when my husband had a fall in the garden and alerted you with his alarm bracelet. You in turn alerted me in my home. You took care of everything, alerting our children and ringing the Ambulance. My husband was taken to hospital as having a Pacemaker fitted recently his fall had dislodged it. Many thanks also to Mohammed Ali, whom I rang this morning 20 Oct, to inform him of my husbands operation to put things right, he was very helpful and kind.

I received a call from Angela Robinson of Careium Customer Service on Wednesday to tell me that my Mother's emergency call unit was sending low battery warnings to them. She said that she would arrange for a replacement unit to be sent out to my mother on Thursday for delivery Friday so that I could replace the old unit at the weekend.
The new unit arrived promptly and was installed & tested without fuss.

Wonderful company! Your advisers are beyond fault. They are so friendly, understanding and without doubt some of the nicest, kindest people. I keep leaning on my wrist button by mistake but every time they understand and say as long as I’m ok. 10 out of 10 for all of you.

I spoke to Mohammed Ali in Customer Service as my parents had completed the contract and billing forms but had not received their equipment. He could not have been more pleasant and helpful and arranged for the equipment to be sent that day. It was easy to set up and is now up and running. Thank you!
