Very bad quality and bad customer service
1. I ordered custom seat covers for my 2023 Audi A6 Black Edition.
I provided the seller with all necessary details about my exact car model. The 2023 Audi A6 Black Edition is different in design and structure from earlier or standard A6 models, and I clearly informed the seller to ensure a correct fit.
2. The item I received was not the correct product.
When I attempted to install the covers, it was immediately clear that they were not designed for my car model.
3. The seat covers were not only incorrect, but also illegal and unsafe to use.
The back seat cover completely covered the seat belts, which is illegal in the UK (and everywhere) because the seat belts must remain unobstructed.
As a licensed taxi driver, my vehicle must meet strict safety inspections by the council. I cannot legally or safely use seat covers that block the seat belts.
4. I contacted Niho Limited immediately. Their response was completely unacceptable.
They told me to cut holes in the seat cover with a knife to allow the seat belt to pass through.
This is unprofessional, unsafe, and ruins the appearance and structure of the product.
Even after cutting the holes as they instructed (because I had no other choice), the seat belts were still obstructed, making the product unusable and illegal.

UPDATE 2:

Not sure how many times I need to clarify that I would have been willing to return the item, I just refuse to PAY the ludicrously high cost of the shipping to return it. In order to return it to receive a refund I would have literally ended up paying more money than my original purchase was worth.

The fact that you falsely advertise the components and quality of your product is reason enough for your company to foot the cost of returning it.

We went back and forth for a long time through PayPal and PayPal eventually said they had to give me a full refund but that I was responsible for paying the shipping to return the item. I SAID FROM THE BEGINNING I WAS NOT GOING TO PAY RETURN SHIPPING. The shipping rate was almost just as expensive as my purchase. And since I refused to provide valid shipping information, they sided with the company and closed the case. I just did not have it in me to appeal the case. I am sure this company knows its way around PayPal and how to win. Its SUCH a scam. While providing information to PayPal I also discovered that there's no way this company uses real Swarovski crystals like they say they do ALL OVER THEIR LISTING. I bet you it costs them 20 bucks in parts and labour to make that stupid steering wheel cover. SUCH an absolute rip off. I will be reporting them to Swarovski.

I should have dug deeper into the online reviews about this site prior to spending so much money. It's extremely unfortunate that so many of the negative reviews have been/are being suppressed. I see now why people have called this site a scam.

Like others have stated, products are manufactured in and shipped from Turkey, so there's no actual quality control. They use cheap labor.

I purchased what looked to be a beautiful Swarovski crystal and leather steering wheel cover. What I received was something far from.

- There was damage to some of the crystals
- The crystals were held on by an adhesive tape that when you gripped the cover tightly, it actually made your fingers stick to it
- The stitching was uneven and poorly done
- There was an unfinished edge 'flap' of material that I believe should be cut down much further than it was, judging by the listing photos
- it looked overall extremely cheap and the chemical smell was horrendous

They made it seem like there should be real leather and there wasn't. They hid in the product description that the leather mentioned in the listing title is actually faux leather.

Apparently in order to receive a refund for damaged product and have your return shipping paid for, you need to have made a video of the package initially being opened.. which few people would ever think to do.

I emailed customer service promptly upon receiving my order and notified them of my desire to return it and receive a refund. They must get that a lot because they seemed less than concerned and didn't even ask what was wrong with my order.

All I'll say is thank goodness I paid with PayPal but now I'm out a tariff fee and a birthday present.

I would never recommend this site to anyone.

I ordered carpets for the car (VIP quality) carpets of very cheap quality, made in Turkey. I paid for them over 200 euros, after a month from UPS I received an invoice for another 42 euros. I do not recommend, the company cheats customers.

These seat covers have been a total game-changer. They fit perfectly, stay in place, and have completely refreshed my car’s interior. Plus, they’re super easy to clean. I’m beyond satisfied!

The look and feel of them are very nice. To get them on though is damn near impossible. Two of couldn't stretch it to go all the way down. Be careful watching the video as the person doing it is obviously a pro. I couldn't get hooks to go onto anything as it said don't hook to electrical. I may take them somewhere to see if a pro can put them in.

It was a great buy! The covers fit right; they were classic and gave that bit of luxurious feel to my interiors. They were just what I was looking for and now saved me from dirt and stains.

This was the steering wheel cover my car needed. It added a bit of flair and made it much more comfortable to drive. Easy to put on, stays in place.

A perfect match for my car! It's stylish, comfortable, and stays put no matter how often it's used. Absolutely a great enhancement for the the vehicle couldn't be happier with this seat cover!

While installing takes a little, then when on, they stay and do the trick. They fit my seats OK, and they look pretty decent. Not the best seat covers I've received, but for money, it is still a good purchase.

These were bought for my Ford Fiesta. These fit nice, protection for the seats is definitely good. Putting these on was quite a bit of work, but once on, they do not move. Totally worth it.

Love the look and feel of these covers. Very easy to install, and it really made the inside of my car look great. I had some very cheap ones before that would slide all over; these sit perfectly.

Very Professional customer service, excellent communication throughout all stages from initial enquiry through to delivery. Unbelievable packaging, 100% Courier proof, and the product was better than i could have imagined. Video instructions helped tremendously, tight fitting and follows contours of seats perfectly, stitching is amazing and has lifted the whole interior. One very satisfied customer.

I ordered these because my old seats covers just continue to slide. This will be a game changer. They stay out and are easy to wipe off after kids jump in and out of the car, plus they make my car look much nicer.

I am very impressed with the covers--they look great in my Jeep, and they cleaned up real nice. Material felt strong too, and comfortable. More importantly, couldn't ask for.

I bought these for my Vauxhall Astra. They're on well and do not really shift from the position, but the material was a bit stiffer than I had imagined. They serve the purpose, so I am fairly satisfied.

They fit well, and the color matches the interior, but pouting them on was a bit tricky. The material could be a bit softer. Overall, they do what they're supposed to, so I'm happy with them.

They fit my seats pretty well, and they look nice too. Took off one star just because the material could be softer, but otherwise, they hold really well so far.

These fit in my car seats very nicely, making my vehicle look new. Quality seems to be really good; they make quite a difference, at least when the kids are around in the car.

I purchased leather seat covers for my van, and they took weeks to make them, only to send me the wrong ones. These seat covers are made from cheap, blown plastic and do not fit. The company is ignoring my request for a refund and insists they sent me the correct ones. The quality is poor, with seams that don’t fit anywhere on the vehicle, and they don’t improve it as promised. Overall, the seat covers do not fit my van at all, and the company doesn't seem to care.

Finally, a steering wheel cover that actually fits my Honda. nice material, nice grip, and not so bulky at all. Driving now becomes a lot more comfortable.
