Overall good experience. The customer service could be better.

I sent 16 parcel nearly 8-10 grand values to Lahore Pakistan in 13th of March 2024.The persons who came to collect my parcel were 3 Asian man with white van, mr Amir, mr Asim, don’t know 3rd one. They charge me £495 and said it takes 8-10. Now is nearly 6 months no picking up my call, phone lines doesn’t work no reply my emails. No any other contact at all. I rang many times to mr Asim who reply now to say my name is not Asim I am sageer keep lying to me I am not the same person. He called my mobile on the day of collection to say we r on the way. I saved his number I spoke him a couple of time now he blocked my number and did not answer despite I used different number. He denied to say I am different man belong to different company. Some times he say I work with pak Asia, then cargo lord in Birmingham now he says my company name is pakistan cargo services. That time I called company UK2PKcargo.co.uk. They were using glassgow numbers and one mobile. Now I contact to company house they confirmed that company was dissolved in 2017, but their website is active and still using their name to thieving the customer stuff. I spoke to mr Asim a few times he said I don’t work in London side I only work in Huddersfield and my company name is pakistan cargo services. All pak of lies very bad service with bad reputation from so many bad customer reviews. They are holding my 16 parcels I reported to action fraud and I like to make aware other customer to not use these companies. They all thieves fraudy people. Pak cargo services pak connect cargo cargo lord pak Asia cargo, Pakistan cargo services and Pakistan cargo 4 you. I am really upset my mothers wheelchair zimmer frame, some for my family and some stuff for charities for poor velnerable people. Please be careful before contact to these companies. I found this person house address mr Asim 11 fair way in Huddersfield Bradford. I am going with my partner. I will recover my parcels from him.

Cargo Lord Aug 2024
So further to my post from 2021, we have mistakenly used Cargo Lord again....and guess what items stolen/missing again from the cargo we sent back in May 2024, it only got delivered in August 2024. So to try and give Cargo Lord an opportunity to explain, I rang them today and no one is answering the phones!!

We shipped three sack fulls, all packaged and padded to stop any damage and breakages. Two of the three bags seemed intact, the third had the items missing. It was also full when we shipped, however when it was finally delivered it was nearly an empty sack delivered.

Example 1
We know 100% items were stolen because there were cosmetic gift sets, which had 4 items per gift set, but only one item was left in the gift set box.

Example 2
The delivery guys demanded money when the cargo was being delivered!!
Now that's a first. They said they could only hand over the cargo once money was paid!!
Luckily the recipients of the cargo called their bluff and told them they did not need to pay them, as payment was already made and if they did not hand over the cargo a complaint would be made. Only then they relented.

Cannot be trusted as items have gone missing from the cargo sent in Dec 2021.
Update April 2022
So I called and complained about the missing items, they were not interested at all. However promised to investigate and get back to me.
4 weeks down the line and still no feedback. I guess they cannot be trusted, same as their courier partners in Pakistan. Which means they are complicit in stealing items from the cargo. Absolute disgrace, looking in to where they can be reported officially now. Possibly SCC to follow.

Further to my review of last year i wish to write a review again for a further cargo.
Excellent service and prompt delivery today for further 3 boxes from Kettering UK to Islamabad. Cost effective and pleasant service. Thank you Sagheer sahib

Absolutely appalling service. Was told cargo would take 6-8 weeks to deliver. Was expecting a slight delay due to Suez Canal blockage but that only lasted 6 days and by 3rd April all backlog of ships had cleared. It took 15 weeks and 1 day to receive my delivery. Was told on the 12th May my cargo was in Pakistan. Waited another 3 weeks to receive it. Was not "door to door" service as had to arrange for collection 30 mins drive from home. Tried 4 contact numbers to Karachi & Islamabad, no answer. My first email I received a response saying it was in Pakistan. Emailed 3 people a week later with no response. Very hard to communicate
with a human. Customer service is very poor.

Excellent services, we use them for our online business which means on time delivery is vital , this company never misses the beat , earlier than expected but never late ,thank you we will recommend this company to all.
