Family car excess cover rules were unclear, when I tried to change product the next day and give you more money you wanted to charge me £10 cancellation and then just stopped responding to my queries.

Unauthorised payment taken from my bank
I wouldn’t rate it . You have taken an unauthorised payment from my bank for a further years car hire excess insurance! My current contract hasn’t even finished yet. I didn’t opt or need auto renewal. This is surely illegal. You haven’t responded to my many emails & form filling. I would not recommend this company.

We find having an annual car hire…
We find having an annual car hire excess saves us money and reduces the stress when hiring a vehicle. We have never had to make a claim so I can’t comment on this aspect.

They pay out.
Second time using their annual car hire waiver cover. Once I had to make a claim and it was processed swiftly no questions asked. Will definitely use again.
