I couldn’t have been happier with their service. I’d taken the train into town during an interstate move and realized I’d left my car keys in the new home, with no way to get them here in time. Within just a few minutes of booking, the tech called me and scheduled. He arrived right on time, got the job done quickly, and gave me a huge sigh of relief. Well done Lee!

We had an "unusual issue" with programming the new key, and the technician, Denzel, was very patient and persistent in getting it resolved. Very appreciative!

Do not order from this service. I had nothing but problems. They claim to be able to send you a key that is cut and it is so easy to program. When in fact it is all up to you. You will end up paying them for a key you can get straight from Amazon for signifacantly less money and is the same generic key. They also took forever to send this product to me, in fact until I called back after 2 weeks waiting, they finally sent it. My suspicion is that it sat on someones desk and once I called they finally sent it. Do yourself a favor and go straight to your local locksmith for a better customer experience and greater convienence. The fact that Carmax suggested this company was particularly disappointing as well. I thought that with that endorsement, I'd be working with a professional and qualified outfit. I was duped, don't fall for it.

The technician, Connor, did a nice job. He was very quick, too! I booked online and met him at a location to have it done.
Be cautious of the pricing, though. The online price was roughly $150 LESS than the price a different Car Key Express rep outside of Sam's club quoted me.

Customer service was the best I have experienced in years. Justin did a 100% fine job of cutting and programming key and fob. He was spot on in his professionalism and his mannerisms. Just an all around great guy. He us most certainly a huge asset to the company!!

Les Hayes was the one that did our service and there was a problem but he figured it out and gave us step by step expansions as he figured it out and got our keys paired and us back on the road, very good and very professional service.

He was very helpful with getting me a key as soon as possible. At first he stated that he didn’t have the key we chose so he’d have to order it and it’d be here by Thursday but when I informed him that I lived out of state he was quick to find me a key that would work. He ended up coming same day and got me a key.
