Hi Karen, Thanks for leaving us a positive review.
We take on board your comments about the leaflet though, these were donated to us from a local energy group who are involved with lots of climate emergency projects (as are we) but the affiliation with Tescos is definitely theirs- NOT ours! Whilst the tone may indeed come across as a bit preachy we felt that the value of the message therein is so important that we wanted to distribute them anyway as there's a lot of useful ideas in there. Hopefully you understand :)

This was down to the truly outstanding and highly professional customer service provided by the Carley's staff. They provided every piece of relevant ordering journey process information to fully manage the expectations of the service user from start to finish.
Received my parcel delivery on exactly the same day as suggested by the staff member, but also made aware when I should contact Carley's again if it had not arrived by a set date.
Phenomenal service experience !
