These nut butters are truly delicious
These nut butters are truly delicious. My favourites are Rainforest and pecan, but I tried the Midnight Velvet for the first time - it did not last long!!! Thanks to Carleys for the great products and service

Good people and excellent product!
I am delighted to be able to purchase my two favourite seed butters direct from Carleys, now that my local independent health store has (very sadly) closed down.
I put in an order for two trays of 6 jars and thought I would be waiting a while because the website had the dates of the company holiday closure and I felt I had missed the cut-off. I was delighted and impressed when the parcel arrived very quickly, and also impressed by the packaging (all recycled).
Very happy customer (again).

Such good products - all very clean and natural. Worth the price but would be nice if they did deals or discount codes for loyal customers 😊 Worth the price though for the taste! Made with love!

Each & every product I have tried has been an absolute delight. So many fantastic tastes and thoughtful combinations. Also, what a lovely, friendly service from a well established family company who have the essence of sustainability and sound Organic values at their very core. This is an environmentally intelligent approach to making fantastic food. The raw almond butter is quite simply the best I have ever tasted (and I have tasted a good few!) the products & service are exceptional-but the honesty & ethos of people like the Carley’s quite simply makes the world a better place. Beautiful products, rude and poor customer service
Whilst I haven't received my order yet due to post issues, it's clear that Carley's is a caring company, and its products are the best you can get. Carley's really takes an interest in people and planet and it seems that the whole operation is designed around a commitment to both. Excited to receive my parcel, and already know it will be delicious as I normally buy from my local health food shop (ordering online as currently receiving medical treatment and less mobile now). Thank you Carley's online service! Having said that, I was asked for a review, to which I replied with a statement of fact that I had not received the order. To this I received a passive aggressive note to imply that this simple statement 'didn't receive order' in response to a request for my feedback, was unpleasant and impolite and that I am among the "some people" in society whose behaviour is not acceptable. This is not in line with what I understand about Carley's (a high integrity company) and is not an acceptable form of customer service communication. Basically, I think this is a brilliant and ground-breaking company, whose only area to improve would be customer relations.

Good morning Lucy.
Thanks for your order that you placed last Sunday, which we picked as soon as we were back after the bank holiday. It was booked on Wednesday, collected on Thursday and sent up to the address in Scotland as instructed. We see from the tracking that delivery was attempted twice on Saturday but the postman couldn't access the property. They will reattempt today it appears so hopefully you will receive it soon. Sorry that you felt the need to leave such a poor review, we do state on the website to leave a potential ten working days for delivery, and in fact delivery was attempted to you on the fifth working day! Bearing in mind the bank holiday and the potential delays that may have caused it may have been more polite and pleasant to email us first asking for details of delivery before leaving such a review but hey ho, That's the way of the world for some it seems.

Well after my post on Wednesday criticising the customer service and lack of communication about delivery, the next day I received emails from both Carley's and Royal Mail to inform me that my (second) parcel would be delivered on Saturday, which it duly was. Coincidence? Anyway glad to restore the deducted two stars.

Hello James, Indeed we did our utmost to inform you better! Sorry that there was a lack of communication last time. We choose to not send emails to confirm the order or dispatch dates, I know some customers would prefer we did but we take the view that there is a small carbon impact of every email so we deliberately keep them to a minimum, HOWEVER, this is on the assumption that Royal Mail DO send their notification that they have your parcel and intend to deliver on whichever day it may be. Apologies that this didn't happen, they normally are pretty good on this but perhaps I entered your number or email incorrectly. Anyway, we are very glad that this time it worked better, that you were informed and more particularly that you are enjoying the butters! Thanks very much indeed for taking the time to review, and indeed to re-review!
