Was surprised when boots delivered as no prior warning. However very pleased with purchase. They are as so stylish, well made of quality leather and last but not least Comfortable....result.

I needed a pair low heel sandals but sadly ordered the wrong size. Your call centre helped me through my disappointment and I got a pair that fits and a refund for the other pair without a problem x

disappointing and problematic return dates
It’s not so much the shoes that hv earned this star rating, as generally I’d say 4 or even 5. The issue is when you order on line.i ordered shoes, they take longer to arrive than I allowed for and they only give you 14 days to return. Because they didn’t arrive as soon as I expected - this is now problematic as I went away the day after they were delivered . Doesnt give people much chance to try on and return. Very disappointing as at £175 a pair you can’t right them off. So unless my son can go and post them back I’ve lucked out

Delivery lets this brand down
Do not buy on line for delivery in UK. Waiting over 2 weeks now with no way of tracking delivery on line. Courier attempted to deliver but my crystal ball was cloudy and didn’t know to stay at home to take delivery that day. Only way of tracking is to call customer service. Really? is this the best a quality shoe company can do? Will be returning shoes if they ever arrive.

Thank you for your feedback. We completely understand how frustrating delivery issues can be.
Having reviewed your order, the initial delivery attempt was made on 18/05, however unfortunately no one was available to accept the parcel at that time, so the courier had to rearrange delivery. We also subsequently received a request to hold the delivery as you were out of the country, which we accommodated with our courier on your behalf.
While we appreciate the delay has been inconvenient, the overall delivery timeframe was impacted by the missed delivery attempt and the requested hold on the parcel while you were away. We are always happy to provide tracking updates and assistance through our customer service team whenever requested via email or telephone.
We do appreciate your patience throughout this process and apologise for any frustration caused.

What a confidence boot! 💪🥾
I happened to be walking past the store with my mother in Cork city. I had just been for a medical scan so was feeling a bit bummed down. We saw some really cute bits on the window and were immediately drawn in by many shoes. This never happens to my mother and I as we have a very specific taste. There was a sale on as we were entering spring. I didn't have the money on me to buy anything and asked for a card. They didn't have one at the time so told me to Google the shop name. They were really lovely and welcoming and helpful. Once I had some money I woke up one morning and searched on the online shop to see what they had left in the sale. I was delighted to see they still had two of the 3 pairs of boots I was interested in! The website was very easy to use and they give many angles in the photos of the boots. I haven't bought anything but cheap sketchers for over 10 years. They arrived quickly and very well packaged. I didn't even try them on in the shop and they are both so comfortable! I'm looking forward to see what footwear they will bring in next. Thank you Carl Scarpa for brightening up my life! For years I was just wearing my grotty cleaning clothes with my non working clothes gathering dust because I had nothing to match with them. I have a resurfaced confidence that I was sure I lost. Just going to the supermarket I'm feeling elegant. This might come across as a dramatic review but I'm really feeling so much better in myself just by wearing these cute AF boots to a farmer supermarket out in rural Ireland. 😄🙏

Shoes purchased were not true to size.
Shoes purchased were not true to size.
Bought to replace a previous pair and although the exact same style, they were much smaller.
The company would not provide any compensation as I had worn them once.
Do NOT consider them to be customer focussed.
Would not recommend and will never use them again.

As mentioned in my email, the pair you recently purchased was an updated version of the style you had previously bought. Although the main features stayed the same, there were a few small design changes which may have affected the fit and sizing compared to your older pair.
We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially when you were expecting them to fit the same as before. Unfortunately, as the shoes had been worn and the original packaging had been disposed of, we weren’t able to accept them back in line with our returns policy.
We’re really sorry for the disappointment caused and do appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Really recommend this company, the boots I ordered were very good quality but unfortunately they were too small so I had to return them. Easy return and refund no hassle. I will be purchasing from this company in the future.
