Took over 2 weeks for the quote for replacing a new extractor fan
Their staff came to check my restaurant's extractor fan replacement quote, which cost almost £200 just for quote. But to get the price for replacing a new fan took over 2 weeks and I need to keep calling them to chase for the quote. Thet finally gave me a quote after 2 weeks, it will cost £1800 which I'd find someone else for only £800 and got it sorted next day.

The callout was £150+VAT which was for the diagnosis of the fault, and the quote was for £1,400+VAT. I've looked into the cost of the fan and we wouldn't have been able to supply the fan we quoted for at the price you paid, I would suggest it is a different fan. 1ST CLASS Company
Job Reference: 98706. We can’t tell you how pleased we are to have found this company to take over the servicing of our heating system. From their customer service team to the engineer who visited our home. Every person we dealt with were fantastic. We were kept informed right from the moment we sent them an email requesting a visit. The engineer was very friendly and knowledgeable on our heating system and even had the time to run through some questions I had about it. We rate this company and it’s employees 1ST CLASS! Wouldn’t use anyone else and recommend them 100% to anyone.

Repair of unfamiliar aircon unit
Very courteous and helpful throughout. Their engineer efficiently managed to repair and install new parts to an aircon unit with ease that was not familiar to her.
