Great service
Great service! Goods arrived when they should; fitter turned up and installed glasswasher, ensuring everything was working as it should and instructed my staff on how to use it. And they took the old one away! What more could you ask for?

Great air con unit installed by very professional engineers
Great service. Some slight delays when ordering and price confirmation but engineers were very professional and the unit was installed without issue. They were very respectful of the property, and left the room as they found it. The unit is very good, works very well so much so I feel like I’m in the artic! Roll on another sweltering summer I’m ready 😜

Quality product from a great company
I wanted a good quality air conditioning unit and Ordered from Carlton. The unit I wanted was discontinued by the manufacturers and Carlton quickly got in touch and were very helpful. The alternative from the same manufacturer seemed just right and so was dispatched at speed. Cindy from accounts was so good at ensuring I received the difference owing to me. I have no hesitation in recommending Carlton to anyone needing a quality air conditioning unit.

Carlton Services installed 4 AC units into our offices between 16-18 July 2025. The Team leading the installation were excellent well mannered and made every effort to minimalize any disruption to the working environment. They were efficient turned up for work on time and left the site clean and tidy every day. An excellent installation and we are now working in a far better office environment. thank you to all the team
