Great as always
As always, great job. We had our AC installed three years ago and have benefited from the yearly service plan each year since. Carlton are always professional, turn up when they say they will, and always happy to answer emails queries in a timely manner.
Recently recommended them to a family member, I hope he receives the same great service!

Still advertising products not available. VAT Fiddle
Still advertising, selling and delivering full aircon units on their website that are no longer available. (I have a dated screenshot to prove this). I had no choice but to accept the new units as the advertised units are no longer available. I asked for a quote to install a like for like swap out of old for new both new units in the same place using same trunking, cables, drainage, electrics, lagging.... They priced at £929 + VAT - including £355 +VAT for trunking, lagging, cable and drainage, pipes and gas etc.. - VAT What !!! - Their own website says no VAT on installation ! So does the .GOV website... - They did say - "If you bought the kit from us we MAY be able to exclude the VAT but need to check with accounts".... Avoid these guys, they are "grifters".. - Wrong units advertised then over price the job and try to charge VAT...Need to get your website updated with correct details guys.

I believe we spoke with you and could have collected the unit FOC the very next day and fully refunded you, but you kept the whole system at your request. Being a pensioner with a large mancave my wife and I ordered a Tall Glass door upright fridge to enhance and give the man cave that little bit extra, we must say what a surprise it was to receive a product on time that was actually as described, not only that but the delivery was on time and the driver was exceptional, outstanding, even helped with the unpacking a big thankyou Carlton Services.
