Bespoke rubber mat, great fit and quick delivery

The car came and was really good!
Couple of little things like the disc on the rubber Mat was the wrong way around but I phoned and they explained to us it can be pulled apart and realigned!
They did mention they could send me another one out if I couldn’t do it, but it only took me two minutes….. I just wanted that confirmation that it could be done as I didn’t want to snap it.
This isn’t their fault at all because manufacturers can change the way the flooring is also done in the van so it could be either way depending on what year the Van was made I guess

The rubber mat does smell! But this will gradually go in time and it’s no affect on my review.

The mat has a great grip and is an absolute perfect fit!

I ordered mats for my car and a rubber boot mat. All are good but I am particularly impressed with the quality of the car mats. Delivery was super speedy - two days after ordering. Would definitely use this company again.

They supplied me with exactly what I wanted: blue trim mats for my blue Renault 4 E-Tech, and a durable rubber mat for the boot. Delivery was prompt - one happy customer!

Absolutely delighted with car mats and fantastic service.

Order some roof bars through b&q. The delivery was the worst service ive ever received, they tired 3 times to deliver my package. First they lied and said they came to the house when they didnt, the other two times they put it on the wrong van, ended uo having to do a 2 hour round trip to get it myself.

They use dx express which is absolute cheapest delivery company they can and it shows in the service.

When raised with car mat co they couldn't care less, just get told to wait 48 hours and what happens between me and the delivery company is my problem which is wrong they are responsible for delivery.

Will never use them again

The mats for our new Citroen C3 fitted perfectly. They have tails which continue under the front seats which was not the case from some other suppliers viewed online.
Also the bright blue beading matched similar decals in the car.
Competitively priced and arrived about 24 hours after ordering.

Great Customer service. Cant fault these people. When my ppsrcel didn't arrive they immediately sent another. Great service great product. Would definitely recommend this company.

Liars, slow delivery and non-existent customer service.

Ordered two products from them via B&Q Marketplace, as I required them asap and they offered guaranteed delivery which was the only reason I purchased from them. Only one item was received by the guaranteed date.

When I raised with them directly, Katie said it had been misrouted and that it wasn't their fault (even though a clear breach of contract), with no further action than to contact them again if not received.

Not satisfied with this I spoke to B&Q directly who confirmed they were in-fact responsible for selecting the courier and meeting the guaranteed delivery date. As an escalation they then contacted the seller suggesting reasonable compensation for this breach.

I then get a response from Kate, who is either being deliberately incompetent or genuinely doesn't care enough to do her job. She just shares a photo of the first item being delivered (that was never in dispute), and says hopefully this will help you find the order. Farcical when the previous message from them acknowledged they'd misrouted it.

Worst customer service I've experienced and felt like they had genuine contempt for me as a customer. Would strongly recommend avoiding.

And was pleasantly surprised with the quality and fit, excellent for the price, you can get universal mats cheaper but it's worth paying that little extra for the tailored fit
