Ben was really professional, knowledgeable and thorough
I needed travel advice and jabs for a work trip. Ben was really professional and thorough with my travel health consultation. He talked me through all the risks and potential illnesses, then administered three vaccines that I agreed should be renewed, that had expired. I felt supported, and there was no pressure to get any vaccine that day. I was in 12 minutes early, so he saw me then and there, making the whole experience easy and straightforward. Thanks, Ben!

Holiday vaccinations
Very easy to make an appointment. Pharmacist was welcoming and friendly and provided a thorough consultation. Gave great advice and was able to answer all queries. We were given the vaccines required for our trip and they didn't hurt!!

Professional, calm and friendly
Ben was really calming and thorough with my travel health consultation. He talked me through all the risks and potential illnesses, then administered two vaccines that I chose. I felt supported and there was no pressure to get any vaccine that day. I was in 15 minutes early, he saw me then and there, and made the whole experience far less stressful. Thanks Ben!

An exceptional consultation with a passionate professional
Our consultation with Ben at the travel clinic was superb. He is friendly, very professional & gives the best injections we've ever had! He asked & answered questions clearly & looked back at our health records to see what injections were given previously on previous visits to Botswana to determine which injections were required for this trip. Surprisingly, my husband needed one more injection than I did. Ben is passionate about what he does & this comes across in his enthusiastic but calm manner. I have already recommended his travel consultation clinic to friends.

Meeting on 24/09/24
Listened to my travel plans, then reacted. Showed me the latest health news from the region. We then talked about what actions were needed to protect me whilst travelling. And finally recommended what inoccualions would be best taken to protect me.
