I have just received my 9th order since July 2017. I’ve only experienced great service from Carobethany.
The website is easy to use and being able to search by size is a great benefit.
The dresses are folded and packaged well and arrive promptly. I’ve never had a problem with creases despite the apparently small parcel.
They Email when the order is received and goods dispatched.

Excellent!!!
I've been buying dresses from Carobethany for several years now and always with confidence ( -to the extent that almost my entire wardrobe is now from Carobethany!) Clothes are despatched promptly and (depending on time of order) frequently received the next day- always in mint condition, whether brand new or worn once. I've had little reason to return items over the years, but on the very rare occasion that a dress hasn't fit well or wasn't quite as hoped, refunds / exchanges have taken place promptly, without any difficulty. From my experience, Carobethany is a very professionally run on-line shop, with the high quality Phase 8 dresses speaking for themselves...... Thanks Carobethany!!!!
