I may have been naive but hadn’t realised the dress would be second hand. The dress is fine but the smell was so powerful I had to air it outside. It’s a shame because I sent a polite email and had no... Voir plus

Highly recommended website
I have bought several dresses from Carobethany. All of them have been perfect quality, including the pre-owned ones. The delivery is fast and I was very happy with the efficient way that they handled a return with an order that was not suitable.

A great price for a very well fitting…
A great price for a very well fitting dress. A bargain . . . . Thank you!
The dress arrived folded, crushed and packed in a very small bag (not a huge problem really) but it smelt as though it had been sprayed with a fabric freshener.
As the dress is machine washable I put it in the washing machine.
I've worn it twice over the Christmas holidays and I'm pleased with it.
I would definitely return to Carobethany.

Good evening Anna. We use standard postal bags as they offer great protection for our dresses and so we have to fold the dress. We are sorry your order arrived crushed though. We do wash any dress that we think needs it before we list it on our website. I have checked and we didn't receive any communication from you regarding these problems. We always help out our customers where we can so in the future, please let us know if everything is not 100% perfect.
Great for Phase 8 dresses
