We were in a real pickle with our drains blocking up. The team were right on top of it. Emailing us in the middle of the night. Ringing us with advice before they came and sorted the drains out. I've never had service like this from a effluent company. HIGHLY recommend.

What a disaster of a company… If you value reliability, good communication, or even the most basic level of professional management, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This company may provide effluent services, but their management practices are the real waste.

Caroline's Effluent are easy to work with, prompt and really helpful - exactly what you want when dealing with effluent! Second time that I have used them and can't recommend them enough.

I contacted Caroline to ask for the cost of emptying my new septic tank on the advice of my drainage engineer. I got an immediate and helpful response. And when the time came to organise the visit, it went like clockwork with an extremely friendly tanker driver who arrived on time and was unfazed by the difficult parking and access. I will certainly be using them again.

Caroline was recommended by our sewage treatment plant service engineer some years ago, and they always attend promptly and courteously, meeting the engineer at the agreed time. They properly empty and flush the tank when needed.

The 2 men arrived late afternoon after a long shift. They were extremely helpful, polite and cheerful. The tanker was a tight fit in our narrow lane, but were very considerate and careful. We will certainly use them again. Caroline went out of her way to time the collection to avoid busy times on our lane which is a footpath.

We use Caroline's for all outer & inner London sites....she always outshines expectation and her team are exemplary.

We've been using Caroline's Effluent services for many years now. Not only do they empty the Klargester, but also clear blocked drains and always turn up when expected and with a smile.

We have been using Caroline for a few years now to empty the cesspit. She has never let us down, always done it really quickly and never any issues. Staff are all lovely too. 10 out of 10 :)

At our block of flats in Chertsey, we urgently needed the surface water tank emptied so that pump engineers could work on the pumps. Even though it was a busy day after very rain, Caroline fitted us in on the same day and took away two loads. I can't remember the name of the driver but he was very helpful and friendly too. Highly recommended.
