Our experience of Caroline's work for us over 20 years has always been excellent. Very attentive and efficient.

We used Caroline's Effluent Services to empty our septic and overflow tanks. We live on a very narrow lane, but Caroline had a suitably sized vehicle which was a good fit. The driver, Brian, did a very thorough job emptying and cleaning the tanks, and was very considerate to neighbours and passing traffic. We would recommend Caroline's Effluent Services and will be using them again.

Caroline helped us out of a near disastorous situation and since then we switched to her. Amazing woman, had a nice long chat about how she ended up in this line of business... and I am very glad she did. Always eager to help. Always responds quickly. Caroline promptly dealt with a problem with our cess pit after we were let down by our usual provider, we will be using Caroline's services in the future. Her honest, straight forward approach was very refreshing.

Brilliant service..!! No other way to describe it. We had a major problem with our cess pits due to a flood. Called Caroline Friday lunchtime and she sent her driver over same afternoon. The other companies I called didn't even bother to call me back. Her driver Michael is amazing. He went above and beyond by coming back again on the Saturday and then twice more on the Monday. He even helped us sort a problem with our pumps. Our usual service provider has definitely lost our work, we're staying with Caroline. Sensible prices too.!!

Caroline is very responsive answering calls and returning calls. I’ve not had to wait long to get my biodisk emptied, and she arranges servicing at the same time. The team are always happy and smiling, making an otherwise arduous chore a joy. And we all love the pink lorries!

Caroline has looked after us for years & does an amazing job ... no one else I’ve used over the last 20 odd years has the same attention to detail or has ever actually cleaned out our tank as well as emptying it ... & the pink tanker is just fab! Totally recommend her.
