Zero stars would be more accurate. I ordered a linen dress but, after a long wait, got a ridiculous polyester version barely like the original photo. Very deceptive! The company offered me a discount to shop for something else and was frustratingly stubborn in requiring me to pay to return the item to China at my expense! How ridiculous! Their scam! My expense? My credit card company (kudos to Chase) generously helped me with a complete refund. WHAT A SCAM! What a waste! Stay away!

Deceptive Business Practices, consumer beware.
The content of the response is exactly what is going on the review and in my complaint to the AG. You are refusing to acknowledge you will return these items. You want know why we want to return the items and I have explained exactly why they are trash and how they are mispresented on your web site. Each time I provide feedback you want additional information. This is clearly a stalling tactic a this is my 5th correspondence to try to return these items. I’ve included pics of evidence to support my assertions so here we go with my description of the trash we bought: The black-and-white top, you can see how poor stitching is and it doesn’t line up. For the white top there is no country of origin or fabric content, care, instructions which is required by federal law. Also the inside facing is left on the embroidery. The dress it was misrepresented in the web site images as an embellishment but instead it is printed. Plus, the side seems don't match up meaning so the stripes don’t either and it looks like shit. I hope this company gets fined or shut down for not following the federal law I mentioned and the deceptive business practices.

Scam site and misleading information
If there was a 0, I would leave this Bogus store one. Their procuct is made in China and the website says Wilmington, NC. There are NOT two women who started a business..that is a scam. If you order, beware. You are stuck because they make it impossible and difficult to return. The address is in China.I disputed it with my bank card which was a AA card and they denied claim. Shame on you AA.Our US cards should protect us from these invaders. Lesson learned, but do not order from this scam site.The dress did not fit and I will now use it for a rag.

Poor quality items received
Poor quality items received. They claimed a dress that I purchased was linen. Not sure where the line was,it felt like flimsy polyester. I am having trouble returning items. First they offered 10percent of purchase price and I could keep the goods. After several dispute emails they offered 20 percent and I could keep the goods. Finally they sent me return paperwork,but the goods have to be returned to China not their USA warehouse. I have till July 7 to meet the 30 day policy

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered the MARLOWE | WOMEN'S COTTON EMBROIDERED 3/4 SLEEVE BLOUSE.
Nothing stated on the website is true.
The blouse is not cotton — it’s more of a polyester blend. I ordered it because it looked light and gauzy. It’s not.
The sleeves are definitely NOT 3/4 length. You’ll be lucky if they reach your elbow.
It took a month to receive my blouse. It had to be shipped from China. The company definitely is NOT a North Carolina company.
Customer Service is abysmal. No full refund will be given if:
“To clarify, according to our store policy, the following situations are considered change-of-mind returns:
The product does not fit
The wrong product was purchased
The customer no longer wishes to keep the item,”
Most returns are requested because the product fits or because the customer no longer wishes to keep the item because it did not meet her expectations.
And you need to be aware that, “In these cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping fees are non-refundable.”
Should you request a return, you may be offered a sight discount, and a partial store credit. Since you will never want to have anything to do with this company again, both concessions are worthless.
It will take you quite a few emails to request the return because the company will keep amending the offer. And they will promise you that should you persevere through the process, your return (minus shipping costs and stress) will take quite a bit of time because: “Please note that, we operate internationally and ship directly from our global warehouses. This means the return process may take longer and require some extra effort on your part, which we would like to help you avoid if possible.”
How I wish I had found trustpilot.com prior to ordering anything from CarolMargaretWilmington. Big lesson learned.
