Ik heb 10 november bij Amazon een Thermostaat besteld en betaald. Ik heb hem nooit gekregen. Amazon verwijst me naar Carondo. Carondo is niet bereikbaar met telefoon of email.
Carondo/Amazon hebben me getild.

Bought parts from them in Germany, parts took over 2 weeks to arrive in the UK. When it finally did the package did not even have 1/4 the parts ordered but had the invoice packing list for the full order. Contacted them about this, they took their time responding. Had to ask Paypal to step in then they admit the short delivery. When the parts where bough they charged me VAT when delivering to the UK and said I will not be charged VAT in the UK . Ten days latter I get a letter from DHL saying the package had a VAT charge of 83 GBP . Contacted them regards this why am I being charged VAT twice and I also only received 1/4 the goods on the invoice . They respond saying you should contact HMRC and ask them for the VAT refund which is wrong . Vat is not supposed to be charged in Germany as the goods supplied is out of the EU and VAT is charged in the country the goods go to. Questioning them about this they refuse to answer and my mistake is trusting them and closing my papal case against them . Do not use this company as they do not have a clue what they are doing and lie to cover their mistakes .

Ein Stern ist noch zuviel! Absoluter Betrug was da abgezogen wird! Bloss nichts dort kaufen! Meine Folgekosten sind 4 stellig. Hohe Werkstattkosten wegen falschem und zudem noch gebrauchten Teil (bezahlt habe ich jedoch ein teures Neuteil) und ganze 7 Wochen ohne Auto und das als selbständige die auf das Auto existenziell angewiesen ist. Aber es erfolgte immer wieder über Wochen gar keine Reaktion und dann wurde sich wenn dann nur lediglich mit unverschämten Forderungen und Angeboten gemeldet. Eine korrekte Reklamationsabwicklung ist bis heute nicht erfolgt. Meine investierte Zeit den Fall zu klären inzwischen ca. 24 Stunden. Erfolglos wohlgemerkt!

Ordered parts for a Toyota Aygo on 2nd of April via Pitstraat.com. Received an e-mail from Pitstraat to confirm the order was sent to Carondo. Payment is done on April, 6 due to Easter. No reply on my mails to Pitstraat and Carando. Phoned with Pitstraat, number is out of service.

Bought some spare from this dealer, and the parcel has not been delivered after three weeks. This is the first time i am seeing this issue with them. They always been very expediting. I hope the manager did not die by Covid-19.

I ordered (and paid for) 4 coil springs, delivery time 1..2 days.
After 2 weeks I wanted to get an update about my order, only to find Carondo does not respond to mail nor pick up the phone. No product, no refund.

Ik bestelde (doorverwezen door Pitstraat) hier 4 chassisveren en betaalde met iDeal (dom, dom, dom!).
Na de orderbevestiging (die kwam binnen een minuut) werd het stil. Geen reactie op mail (ook niet op mails van Pitstraat) en de telefoon wordt niet opgenomen.

Aanvulling: na een maand heb ik elders mijn veren besteld. Op de dag dat die geleverd werden (!), reageerde Carondo met "uw bestelling is klaar om verstuurd te worden". Uiteraard per mail en telefoon geprobeerd die levering tegen te houden, maar dat mocht niet baten. Ze werden een week later afgeleverd en ik heb ze dezelfde dag retour gestuurd. Geld terug ontvangen, maar wel de verzendkosten voor de retourzending kwijt...

Verstehe ehrlichgesagt die schlechten Bewertungen nicht. Hab eine Ölwanne bestellt, kam früh an hat nicht gepasst und konnte sie noch nach fast 2 Monaten zurückschicken. Die Mitarbeiter waren auch alle nett.

Ich habe am 15.07.2020 einen Scheinwerfer Bestellt, erhalten, aber passte nicht in das Coupé, obohl so angegeben! Zurückgeschickt und warte seither (17.11.2020) auf die Gutschrift. Bis jetzt nur Wiedersprüchliche Mails von wegen Rückerstattung, obwohl ich GENAUE angaben gemacht habe UND Sie haben Ja die Zahlung und damit die Genauen Bankdaten! Aber keine Reaktion mehr, offenbar muss ich einen Schritt weitergehen! Traurig aber hatte bis jetzt gute Erfahrungen damit offenbar hat sich das geändert!

2 Bremsscheiben und 1 Satz Bremsbeläge bestellt. Geliefert wird 1 Bremsscheibe und die Beläge. Auf meine Reklamation hin wird mir mitgeteilt, es sei sehr ungewöhnlich, dass im Karton nur 1 Scheibe enthalten sei. Aus meiner Erfahrung ist das heute aber absolut üblich. Es erfolgt nach einigen Tagen die Nachlieferung der Bremsscheibe, dort fehlt dann in der offensichtlich schonmal geöffneten Verpackung die Mutter und Abdeckkape für die Nabe. Insgesamt scheint carondo eher ein Wurschtelverein zu sein. Ich muss mir überlegen, ob ich da nochmal kaufe, denn diese Aktion hier hat mich viel zu viel Zeit und Aufwand gekostet.

Angeblicher Versand in 2 Tagen bis jetzt keine Ware und noch nichtmal das Telefon wird abgenommen . Werde Strafanzeige wegen Betrug einleiten !!!!Nie Wieder!!!!

Comprar en esta empresa por internet es recomendable por sus precios, pero como tengas que devolver el producto...cuidado!!! pedir que te reembolsen el dinero se retrasan y no cumplen los plazos de los 14 días que ponen en sus condiciones para la devolución, por mi parte yo he devuelto un pedido hecho por error... ya han pasado 20 días y aún no tengo el dinero

Recomendable, hize un compra para una Renault Kangoo por medio de Daparto a la empresa Carondo de Alemania.El pedido eran dos amortiguadores delanteros,un interruptor de luces de freno,un filtro de aire y un filtro de aceite,todo por 63,16€,gastos de envio incluidos,y llegó todo correcto desde Alemania a La Coruña en cinco días.

The best website for car parts ! Very good prices and a professional customer service. However, the website may lack some features that concurrents provide. The only drawback is that the shipping with DHL to France is expensive (~11€). But for big orders it is worth the money saved.

So, I really recommend this website, I made many orders and had only one problem which was solved very efficiently !

NIETS Bestellen bij dit bedrijf !!
Oplichters zijn het, ik heb via Pitstraat.com een paar draagarmen specifiek voor mijn auto besteld van Meyle en krijg een heel ander type en ander goedkoper merk geleverd ...... zonder overleg. Meerdere mails gestuurd maar krijg geen reacties van dit bedrijf.
Gelukkig had ik via Paypal betaald en daardoor via een claim mijn geld terug gekregen.
Maar een gewaarschuwd mens telt voor twee, doe GEEN zaken met ze !!!
Vooral dat ze geen enkele reactie geven op mails ...... ongelofelijk
