We would like to clarify that our products are sourced from verified suppliers. In your case, we did accept your return request, even though it was submitted outside of our standard return window. We provided a prepaid return label and did our best to accommodate your situation.
However, the return was initiated significantly later than the allowed period, and we made multiple attempts to communicate and resolve the issue. Despite these efforts, the item was returned after several weeks (after a month), and we followed the proper procedures throughout the process. PayPal also reviewed the cases and ruled in our favor, confirming that we handled the situation appropriately.
