I would give them minus 8 stars if there was an option. Ordered three items. The only one that looked half way decent was a pair of jeans. The other two items were supposed to be made of denim. They were absolutely not! PAPER THIN - color was very strange on the jumpsuit because of trying to appear (for ads) to look like denim. I asked for a return label for the two items that were tragically disgusting. They emailed back to take lots of pictures to send to them. Like they couldn't look at my order, item numbers. I just received it the day before! !!! Addendum .......still delaying true service - only lip service. Will continue to update.

SCAM, DONT BUY FROM THEM paid 59.00 each for 2 items, first they advertise a JEAN outfit overalls and it came as a JEAN PRINT ON NYLON MATERIAL. SIZES ARE REDICULOUSLY OFF BY 3CLICKS Requested a return and peep this: Basically consumer is screwed!!

Had a question about sizing before ordering and got a clear answer fast the jumpsuit fits perfectly

The denim jumpsuit took one month to arrive. I found the fabric and style to be one of the most unattractive outfits I have ever seen. It is not as pictured. It is made and shipped from China. The product claims to be made in the USA. This is a false statement. I disposed of it immediately.

Ordered two dresses and both arrived in perfect condition consistent quality and great packaging.

Reached out about a missing item in my order and customer service responded the same day everything was resolved quickly.

Delivery was faster than expected and the denim jumpsuit looks even better in person really pleased.

Horrible customer service and poor response to refunding product that was musty and poor made. The home store is in China not New York. Complete disappointment and a disaster in customer care.

Purchased a jumpsuit from Carter Monroe and the quality honestly surprised me you can tell its well made.

Very dissapointed in the returns process. After I did what they asked to return it, they basically wanted me to pay a lot of extra cost to return it to China eventhough the shipping address was California. Clothing is cheaply made from China. Let the buyer beward.

The denim jumpsuit is really well made not stiff at all and fits true to size very happy with this purchase.

I would give this company a less than one star review if I was able.
Here is a brief synopsis with my very bad experience with CARTER-MONROE beginning with my online purchase on January 11, 2026:
Purchased from this company in January 2026. It took forever to receive the product
I filed a complaint with my credit card company putting a hold on the payment until the product was received
Once I closed the case with the credit card company Carter Monroe promised a 30% refund, now they have a thousand excuses why they will not refund 30% of the purchase price!!!!
They are now claiming that since the credit card closed the case, they are saying the case was ruled in their favor.
They are disreputable and running a scam operation!
Do not buy from them! There is no human to speak with only a Chat not!
